Mr. Matt Giamela took me on a personal tour through his family plant location in Burbank. I was impressed in how the meats and chili's are prepared for many of our famous, favorites & popular eateries in Los Angeles. Such as Original Tommy's Burger, Pink's Hot Dogs, Langer's, Santoro's and Giamela's sub shops. A full time on location is a USDA Inspector, clean plant, dedicated workers at a unsuspecting location in Burbank across Costco.

I purchased the smoked beef navel pastrami it is definitely one of the top two that I have ever eaten. Am trying to find a way to obtain more now that my wife is no longer in the in the food trade.

Fast loading. No dock . Loading ok out front of their location between 6am and 11am . After that go around back or risk getting a parking ticket.
