I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!

I been a member of UCSCU for 15 years!. Since then i have had Personal Loans, 3 Car Loans, and a great low APR Credit Card. I believe they have the lowest Credit Card APR in the nation. They have help me through out the years with all my banking needs with no problems! I've always had a great expericence with all UCSCU staff members. You want a financial institution that knows who you are by name and make you feel welcome. You always get a live person when you call UCSCU and not an automated system.

We recently applied for and completed the mortgage application process with UCSCU. I cannot say enough about how easy and efficient it was for myself and my husband to complete the process. Prior to working with UCSCU we had been working with a broker and the frustration levels got so high due to their constant demands for paperwork and documentation that we switched to UCSCU. Thank goodness we did. From that point forward the process was easy and hassle free. Olivia Hauer was exceptional and never failed to return a call or pick up and answer all our questions. She made sure we got everything we needed to close on time. Carol Roberts was also outstanding and was there each step of the way also ensuring that we closed escrow on time. This is more than just a bank--they really care about you and your journey. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to start the mortgage process....!!

Yvonne Tejeda provides excellent hands-on service. Nothing is too much trouble. This bank has actually tellers who want to help you! When you call, you can always reach a human and all issues are dealt with immediately. Located in downtown Burbank, access and parking is so convenient. Their credit card rates are excellent and getting a personal loan is an incredibly easy process. Love this place and so grateful for Yvonne.
