Grace has been my hair stylist for almost a year now and i've never been so confident and happy with my hair. not only is she talented but she's extremely professional and sweet. she listens to what i want and always suggests her opinions respectfully. i literally look forward to our appointments!!! the other stylists are always very nice and welcoming too. the place itself is cute and clean. highly recommend this salon!

I’m very disappointed with the hair color and cutting (she only refreshed my old haircut) and I paid $350. That lady was very nice but not very professional. She left the roots untouched.Had a very bad experience!Service: Haircut

Kristin was great! I came here to dye my hair for the first time and it came out amazing~ Making an appointment over text was fairly easy, and the session took about 3.5 hours in total.

I received a terrible, choppy and uneven haircut from Kristin. One side of my hair ended up several inches shorter than the other and I have to wear my hair in a ponytail now until it grows out. When I came into the salon to show her and get a refund, she tried to rationalize the difference by saying "that's a risk you take when texturizing hair" and blamed it on my hair texture being more straight on one side. She admitted to texturizing more on one side but would not give a refund or even style my hair to see if that would fix the issue. When I made my appointment, I specifically requested a hairdresser that was familiar with working with thick hair. I would never expect to leave a nice salon with my hair looking worse than I entered with. Will not be returning and hope some people learn humility to admit their mistakes. Will never be returning for this lack of customer service. 0 stars

Kristin is the best hairstylist! takes such good care of me and always makes sure my hair is fresh!! the place is so clean and well taken care of! must come and get glammed up here! :)
