Absolutely love Porsche Audi Burlingame! Seriously!
When calling to make an appointment, Theresa and Sandi are pleasant and always recognise my voice. Lupe and the rest of the service call team are knowledgeable and helpful.
Evan in the parts department always helps me to get anything I need and is prompt in returning my requests.
Aside from the excellent sales and finance teams, for service, Richie Reyna (Audi) and Chris Yip (Porsche) are great! That's why I always refer my friends and colleagues to choose Porsche Audi Burlingame as the concessionaire of choice and to request Richie Reyna or Chris Yip (and now Chelsea is also a service advisor) as their Service Advisor. Always!
Also, Larry G. is helpful and can help expedite and explain certain requests in a way that other concessionaires should learn and follow.
The sales team (Josiah, Larry, Anthony, Randy, Michael C.), led by Sal M. is great!
For Finance, I always request Emma since she's worked with me in the past but Chris is also great! They make the acquisition of my new Porsche or Audi less routine and more simple! No sticker shock or hidden add ons with them, ever!
Catherine and Craig have done a great job with leadership of the team and the direction of the concessionaire since purchasing and marketing trends have changed a lot! They look at trends and ensure that operations are tuned and inline for customer needs.
For sure, when I'm ready for a new Audi and/or Porsche, I will reach out to the Sales Team at Porsche Audi Burlingame!

I have been getting my car serviced here for over 5 years. Richie Reyna is a top notch Service Manager. He gets an A+ for customer service and I hope he getting acknowledged for his hard work by Audi Burlingame. No matter how busy the service center is (it often is) he always has a smile on his face and never rushes explaining the services needed. He is very communicative and honest about what can wait to be repaired. He is responsive, prefessional, and my car get repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Audi Burlingame Service Center and Richie Reyna, Service Manager!

Had the worst test driving experience for leasing with the dealership and specifically the sales person, Kevin, today. First of all, when entering the dealership, no one make acknowledgement until I had to ask for someone’s attention about my appointment with Kevin for a test drive.
Now let’s talk about the test-driving nightmare experience. First thing first, Kevin told me that he would seat behind the passenger seat, which is totally odd considering he supposed to show me the features of the vehicle. I told him that I prefer him seating in the passenger seat so that he can show me around, and mom who came with me can give me the honest opinion as a backseat passenger. However, when mom was about to get in the car, he suggested mom to seat in the front despite our prior discussion. It almost feel like he’s uncomfortable seating in the front. Second, when asking him if the vehicle has the stop-and-go technology, he replied Audi car does not have the technology(which isn’t true after what I researched online). And as I asked him to show me the driver assist technology, he said he will show me after the test drive. Then comes to choose a route, he just said whatever I like.He doesn’t know the traffics on the freeway at this time(3:30pm). Basically left me to do whatever. Not that I’m familiar with the road surrounding the dealership. But that’s fine. I chose to drive around the waterfront…Definitely not a positive experience this far and I decided to drive back to the dealership. This is when I noticed the gas tank indicator showed empty. I notified Kevin, he said he knew this prior the test drive and ”proudly” said this car can push another 25miles even it’s empty. I know many cars have this ability and some can push even longer distances, but it’s not healthy for the vehicle nor safe. Imagine if I went on the freeway stuck in traffic with all the stop-and-gos, running in empty gas tank is never a good idea unless necessary. I happen to be the kind of driver that feels uneasy when gas tank goes half full, and will fill it up ASAP. Seeing indicator went red stressed me out.
I drove back to the dealership, thanked Kevin and no business forward. In fact, this would be my first and last time step in Audi Burlingame and most likely last time with Audi. Will bring my business to another brand and grow with them.

Second time I do the service in Burlingame and Carlos Munoz was amazing! Easy to understand and fixed my problem in less than a day. Great experience and I will definitely recommend him to everyone who needs help with their Audi!

Richie from service is absolutely awful. I stopped taking my car here and even purchased my new Audi elsewhere because dealing with him was so distressing.

Had a great car buying experience with Kevin. He was such a big help and made the process so smooth and painless it felt almost too good to be true. We were treated with the greatest respect throughout the process and he helped us find the perfect car unlike other places that just try and sell you what they have. If you're looking for an Audi, Audi of Burlingame is THE place to go. I just bought a fantastic Audi Q3 and got an incredible deal. The entire team took outstanding care of me, making me feel valued throughout the process.

Ideal service department experience!
I brought my 23 A5 for it's first scheduled maintenance and was able to book an appointment over the phone. I believe I spoke with Chelsea and she got me scheduled with Carlos Munoz as my service advisor and Peter Le as the tech/inspector. Everyone I interacted with helped me feel at ease dropping off my daily driver. The service tech, Peter, even provided a video walk around of my car during the service which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, The service dept. has a limited number of loaners, which I assume is probably reserved for multi-day service appointments, but they scheduled a complimentary Lyft to my office. I would recommend Audi Burlingame to other Audi owners in the Bay Area.
