I love love love this place. Location is grest in Downtown Burlingame, and they are so accommodating. I needed an updo and some makeup for my wedding and they did not only me but my entire bridal party including both moms. Jira is very familiar with the wedding process and understands the pressure of that day and will even travel to your location. Five stars.

Exceptional 🌟 make up skills!! Jira from WowPretty is incredibly talented and so kind and flexible. I requested a soft glamour look for my outdoor elopement, and Jira's makeup was perfect. It was the right amount of glamour and makeup without feeling heavy or overly done up.
She was punctual and even finished up 15min early!! Amazing since she was doing both hair and makeup for me!
I will definitely visit Jira again for other life events! You'll leave feeling and looking like the most beautiful version of you.

“My sister found Wowpretty from Yelp 15 years ago, She got married first and me. Jira/ her team did my wedding 8 years ago. a long story short. We love their work. Sooyeon, Anna, and Nancy I think their name did my wedding party the wedding in San Jose. We had 9 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 2 sisters, a groom, and me who is the bride. they finished us in only 4 hours, no rush. The makeup, and hair last til midnight. I cried the whole wedding but still on everything. We went to the after-party around 10 pm. The makeup was still on, the hair still up, feel so comfortable, AMAZING! They knew how to use bobby pins on your hair. I did have no headaches. The photos came out nice especially the group and family photos still see until today. I booked Jira a year right after my sister got married. I booked her.“

I highly, recommend Wowpretty team, Sooyeon, Anna, Ruwaida, Nancy, and Honey for last year's wedding they took care of my 15 wedding party, 9 bridemadis, mother in law and my mom in San Jose. I am so very happy with how my makeup and hair came out!!! Hard for me to find a good make up artist because I didnt leave here but I knew this company from my wedding planner. Can't imagine going to any other makeup artist other than them!!!”

Jira did a great job doing my hair and make up on my special day. I'm very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to friends.
I was looking for MUA for my wedding day and Jira was able to work with me with a short notice, but highly recommended to contact her and book in advance to be safe. My fellow brides or bride-to-be, I understand how weddings can make you so stressed but please rest assured if you have Jira as your makeup artist. I had to be at SF City hall by 9.30 am. and She worked with me and opened her store earlier at 7 am. She spent her time working magic on your hair and make up. I showed her my picture for reference and it came out wonderful. I love how detail oriented and how she works the magic on your hair and makeup.
Her store is clean and beautiful. I brought my cousin with me to help with changing into my wedding gown and Jira was very welcome and happy to allow us to change there.
I got this service last December and am already booked another one for my upcoming event.

I've been going to Jira to get balayage/highlights for a couple of years now. She cares about her clients like they are her friends and always does a great job at doing my hair. If you have asian hair and don't know where to go, I recommend going here. Thank you Jira!

Jira did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I could not be happier with how it turned out!! She is so thoughtful and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted.
