Horrible experience. They do not know their own store. Assistant manager is so inept in my opinion.

The current Burlingame Mollie Stone has a deli team (minus one) that projects a near juvenile reception to customers who appear not so important over their gossiping & laughing while customers wait. Especially the sleazy, deli clerk doned with extreme earrings in ears and over made up in makeup. They also don't know inventory of available refrigerated items- argued with clerk who insisted potato salad was available when it was not. The previous deli clerks were customer oriented and great.
So if you wonder why sales in deli may be declining observe as a client Mr. S, store manager

Not the best but better than Sageway. Pricy.

I spoke with a manager and he intentionally lied over the phone and hanged up abruptly for no reason. I felt very ignored as a customer and wouldn’t recommend this racist Burlingame location

Produce is generally good, but beware of the expiry date on their packaged items. Even Safeway doesn’t sell expired products like this store does.

Bought high-quality Greek yogurt only for it to be moldy 2 days later (saw mold as soon as I cracked the seal) when it should have been good for at least 2 more weeks. Came in to ask how that happened and employee refused to help me. Needless to say I’m never shopping there again.

Omg. Bought some cream for 8.59 a pint. 3 of them. Didn’t look at the date like a dummy, and it went bad. Had to go out of town figuring I could exchange it when I got back. Unfortunately Romano said it was too old and he would not exchange it. He wouldn’t even give me back my bottle deposit. Won’t be going back here to buy my expensive items…. (Fish/meat fruits or veggies). Last 25.00 I’ll ever spend here. Beware and just go to Draeger’s. Better customer service and not quite as short sighted.

Absolutely filthy and decrepit restrooms.

A beautiful store with unique and familiar items. Fresh and bright colored fruits and veggies, wonderful fresh sushi, a lovely staff and bright natural sunlight filters in and makes it a happy experience!

Mollie Stone's in Burlingame is always exceptional. The ambiance and service are on point and the selection is wide ranging and carefully crafted. I love love love shopping here. Manager Armando is perfect.

Bought an item from their San Mateo store that was found to be rancid after tasting it and attempted to return to the Burlingame store (the one we normally shop at). They said their policy was not to accept the item because it was from a different store location. WTF? They're the same company. Never heard of such a ridiculous policy. Oh well.Their loss. I will only shop there if I know I can't get it elsewhere. Bye Bye Mollie.

I went to Mollie Stone’s this afternoon. The checker was unprofessional, He ignored me and kept talking to the customer he already finished with ahead of me. Then, He got mad because I interrupted to tell him something. There’s a lot of other grocery stores I can go to, that would appreciate my business.
