Always there for our needs and I hope they never go away. Walgreens saves lives.

Least favorite pharmacist. Doesn't bother to pretend she cares.

They perpetually put my call on hold. All I wanted to know is if my sons rx is available at another store since it was sold out at this location with no info. on when it will get refilled. Seeing that the meds were needed for croup incase of an attack this is sad.

Awful pharmacy. Their staff refuse to accept my manufacturer coupon claiming that my insurance covers it even when I present multiple documents show that it does not. When I ask them to use the coupon code for covered customers that pay more than a certain amount out of pocket cost, they say that the coupon code only applies to cash-paying patients. At every point the onus was on me to prove that they shouldn’t screw me. Contrast with the local independent that took 5 minutes to take my info and coupon.
Absolutely wretched experience, I would rather die than purchase from them ever again.

Hands down one of the slowest and most inefficient pharmacies I’ve been to, with staffing/training issues, poor inventory management, etc.I waited over an hour to get a vaccine that I had already scheduled. My partner was told they were out of a vaccine (he had a pre-scheduled appointment) and then the staff ended up finding it.Will be going to a different pharmacy.

I came by to pick up a prescription for a upcoming trip. Their hours as stated start at 8AM Friday. I get there promptly at 8AM. The pharmacist rolls in causally at 8:03AM and I'm thinking okay just a couple more minutes and someone will open the front gate. Well a few minutes more pass and the pharmacist calls someone probably the pharmacy technician overhead to come to the pharmacy. It wasn't until 8:08am that they opened the gate to help me. I ended up leaving at 8:12am. They ended up apologizing for the wait but at the same time, it's unfortunate that they were opened on time. Though they were late opening, it does beat the long waits in the afternoon I guess. I've called in before to pick up previous prescriptions/ clarifications when the app tells me I need to call the pharmacy. It's been hard to get ahold of people on the phone. I've had a time where I had to wait 40 minutes because I kept being placed on hold and then I would get the phone hung up on me. So it is probably best to just walk in to get assistance because waiting on the phone takes a lot longer anyways.

Pharmacy Review Only: Long waits, confusion, disorganization, impossible to get through on the phone.

This location needs to bring on more staff. Always a line in the regular store checkout and more noticeably in the pharmacy. It's consistently at least a 20-30 wait in the pharmacy line with only one person available to help a whole line of customers. Every time I'm in line, I notice restless customers either give up and walk out or comment that Walgreens needs more pharmacy staff but there has not been a change.

I am beyond disappointed with your pharmacist. I just witnessed an elderly woman in her 80s come into the pharmacy asking for help with a prescription that she needed filled for a surgery she is having in 3 days. She was visibly distraught and in need of help and was simply told they don't have the prescription "good bye". Really this organization should be doing better at treating people with some respect dignity and care. No one in this pharmacy was capable of calling their other pharmacies so that this elderly person doesn't suffer the rest of the day trying to take care of themselves and get ready for their surgery? As individuals working here you should do better and as an organization you should do better at holding your people accountable for some dignity.

I've never posted a review online for anything, but I felt I needed to for the pharmacy at this Walgreens. As I stand on line, there are 7 people waiting, with four Walgreens employees standing around behind the counter. Only one employee has their kiosk open and no one else seems to be doing anything. This is after the whole team shut down the store front from at least 2:15pm when I arrived to 2:40pm for a break. And this is after I tried to stop by earlier when they were on lunch break. They truly seem disgusted with customers, and with the fact that they have to work. This picture sums up this Walgreens:

Walgreens Burlingame has a fantastic photo department. The employees who work the photo station, particularly Kevin, are great. I have gone to the Walgreens on 3rd Street multiple times for orders and they are never ready. When I go to the Walgreens in Burlingame, they are always very prompt and helpful.

If I could give less than 1 *, I would. Refusing to supply mifepristone to patients who need it to treat endometriosis or uterine fibroids -- not to mention Cushing's syndrome -- is unconscionable! If Walgreens wants to run its pharmacies as though they're in a Fascist state, let them move to a Fascist state. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a company making money off of sick people!
