This UPS Store consistently provides outstanding customer service! I arrived right at closing, and Margo, David, and Esmeralda didn’t hesitate for a moment to assist me. They greeted me with big smiles and made me feel truly welcomed, despite the late hour. Their kindness, helpful attitude, and professionalism were exceptional. I’m so grateful for their support and genuinely impressed by the level of service they provided. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We had an amazing experience at this UPS Store. We came in with 7 large luggage bags, hoping to find an affordable shipping option.
Unfortunately, the cheapest quote we received was over $200 per bag, which was beyond our budget. We apologized for not being able to proceed, but the staff were still incredibly kind and welcoming.
They kept smiling, treated us with respect, and even lent us their dolly to help load the luggage into our van.
We truly appreciate their generosity and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store to everyone in the local area!

The UPS Store on Mulholland Dr. in Calabasas is absolutely amazing! The service is always top-notch—fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff makes you feel like more than just a customer; they treat you like a friend, and it’s always such a pleasure to ship with them. Their professionalism and kindness truly stand out. The first time I brought item to return they bagged it and charged me to print a shipping label which was fine. The 2nd time they wanted $3 to bag the item. Be careful to watch for padded pricing

Margot at this UPS store is truly an amazing, wonderful, genuine person. She was so attentive to how best ship my shipping boxes. It was absolutely the best experience I've had at any UPS store. She is literally the best. It was old school customer service that I hope everyone soon gets back to. That type of care and trust that Margot demonstrated is what makes me love UPS! Ask for her if you are unsure about your shipping needs!!!

After a terrible and toxic experience at the UPS Location at 20929 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, I decided to go to this location to return some Amazon packages. There were extremely nice, helpful and quick. This will be my location moving forward. It was a far better experience than the store in Woodland Hills.

Customer service is great. Always friendly and helpful. Very convenient location next to Gelson's and M. Fredericks. Not much line - but If there is, they have enough staff to go through the customers waiting in line quickly. It id my go to neighborhood UPS store.

So thankful this business is open till 6:30p and will work with me past COB. I've worked with both ladies at the counter and they're super nice, very communicative and go above and beyond to ensure the goods reach the destination. I had a lot to ship and was blown away at how little it costed. I was also very impressed with her handling of the customs form. I'll using this place more often, the convenience and politeness of the staff is incredible.

A very sleepy looking employee informed me that to print the return label for an Amazon return she hat to charge 2.50. There's a first time for everything? Bye.
