Came to the store to purchase headlight bulbs for my car, I was helped by a very attentive Clerk, he went as far as going to my car, taking out the old bulb, to make sure I was getting the right one, he also installed both bulbs. Super cool to receive great customer service. Thank you Gabriel S. For helping me today!

Stopped in today for a new battery. Gabriel was super helpful. I brought tools to swap, but didn't even need them. Gabriel pulled the old battery, found the like-for-like replacement (explained the differences for the new batteries) and got the new one installed quickly. Great experience. I will be back for other needs in the future.

Went to Autozone for a new battery, Gabe tested my old battery and confirmed it was bad. Gabe replaced the old battery and went above and beyond with cleaning the terminals and ensuring that the new battery had a proper connection. Thank you for your knowledge, enthusiasm, and wonderful customer service.

Ok so my car broke down while I was visiting in Camarillo, I've gotten help from another parts store in Ventura and had an excellent friendly person but unfortunately mistakes were made in the battery that I purchased in the process my alternator wasn't checked so I thought the problem was fixed when I bought my my day and later that evening, my electrical power steering goes out, and my car acted like it wanted to die due to lack of battery power I was .4 miles away from AutoZone Camarillo at 10 PM and I made the decision to just go for it-try to get to AutoZone Camarillo, so my car would be parked there in the morning Saturday when they opened at 7:30 AM so I could get help. I barely made it to AutoZone in my car died while pulling in front. I spent the night in my car so I got meh quality sleep in about 4 1/2 hours of sleep. So this is where my story gets much better at 7:30 AM I'm parked in front of AutoZone Camarillo. I go inside and the person that helps me as a high school senior by the name of Hayden Hayden is clean cut. He's friendly articulate, intelligent, very customer service centric although young I can tell that I'm with somebody that cares and he's probably competent. As my experience move forward with Hayden, he proved not only to be extremely competent, but to go above, and beyond the highest level of professional, helpful customer service a person could ask for. Initially diagnosed the new battery that I had from a different location today before he said it was low, unfortunately, their OBD two reader had broken and they were awaiting a new one. However, he had a few assessing options. I went above and beyond by using a volt meter to test the alternator directly the output was not to the level it should've been. He was very knowledgeable about this to be honest I hadn't had an alternator break down on me in a couple decades so I couldn't remember what it should be and so forth due to his troubleshooting efforts and effectiveness and knowledge, we narrowed down the the problem is being an alternator going out. He also swapped out the new battery from the day before from a different location and put a brand new battery and tested it to make sure none of the cells were bad. I knew I was in great shape I bought an alternator I found break masters of Camarillo .3 miles away. I called and spoke with Ray of brake Masters of Camarillo, and they were able to look at my car. Please look at my yelp review of brake Masters of of Camarillo. To me, Hayden is an impressive young person. It's Customer Service was excellent because he actually cares and puts the effort in is the opposite of a check collector. I was able to get my repair done and hit the road Saturday night and get back to the San Francisco Bay area by Sunday afternoon I was curious about this young person because he seemed very mature and was just professionally on and that's when he mentioned he was a senior in high school, and being a parent myself I was curious about his future plans, hopefully including College and he said I want to be an aeronautical engineer well, that didn't surprise me one bit, and I have no doubt that with his character, integrity, work ethic and personality he's going to achieve whatever he sets his mind to and have a great success. I'm grateful that I got him to help me. Another honorable mention who is super personable throughout this process, who came out to contribute his knowledge, and Customer Service was Gabe. He is an impressive young person as well. He's got a very friendly personality and he cares about helping people AutoZone of Camarillo is very lucky to have these two young men be part of their staff if I was a manager and or an owner they would be assets on my team contributing to an excellent culture for my customer base. I hope management and AutoZone gives these guys a raise. They deserve it and I hope if your car breaks down or you need help go to AutoZone Camarillo, you'll be in great hands as I was. Thanks guys for being awesom

Can't say enough good about my recent experience with AutoZone. I was greeted and served by Christina, who was kind and efficient in taking care of my requirements. The gentleman that was also there installed my battery quickly, and the utmost efficiency. Thanks to AutoZone, I'm back on the road again. I highly recommend. Thank you both!

Came here to get a few things only autozone had in stock for detailing my car. The employees are super nice and kind with me bringing two young kids in. Some places immediately freeze up when they see a toddler walk in their store, but they were very nice. Just a regular ol' shop, seemed well stocked and the employees seemed very eager to help.

I went in to find some turning signal lights for a very old car. Got great customer support/service from Marcus. He was extremely helpful not only selecting the bulbs but diagnosing which one it was and how to fix it.

I came in today with questions about my AC. I was not sure if my car had an issue and Marcus S helped me with my questions and he was amazing!He came out looked at my car.
