The location is convenient near highway 101, but there are also noises from the highway. The breakfast is simple with good variety but not so tasty. The room cleanness is ok, and the bathroom is big compared to the most same level hotels, but the water in the shower room is small. The hotel seems overpriced and even charged $15 for on-site parking in the not so busy area!

Lunches rarely open on time! Only one washing machine for the entire hotel! The swimming pool area, spa and fire area leave the property abandoned and leave something to be desired! I don't recommend it for a long stay!

Comfortable rooms for a good price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Popular with families, so the lobby can be a bit active. Small pool, so a family may capitalize it rather easily.
Good location for access to the outlet mall and some great dining.

This hotel was disappointing. I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and thought it was overpriced then for the location and overall quality. It seems like it’s gone downhill fast in 2 years. Not only was it more run down, the front desk person checking us in did not say much at all. She just asked for my ID and credit card. I had to ask what she was putting on my card. Then she just hands me the keys. No direction on where my room is or other hotel information. I asked her for a couple waters and she quickly shot back saying “We don’t give out water here.” I have never heard that from any Marriott Hotel. With my Marriott status I usually receive a free upgrade. This time it seemed like I was downgraded. Horrible location on the first floor and smelly. I will not be going back to this location.

You physically cannot close the blinds that actually block light...???? and there are huge street lamps everywhere.
Plus the doors are incredibly loud when latching closed.

The two TVs was weird. They weren't synced exactly. Would have like to do one at a time. Everything else is very good.

Recommendation for a one night stay. The location was perfect for us. Right before LA. So we could start early and made it through LA with no major traffic. One elevator is not enough for this hotel size though. And the breakfast was ok but could be improved. Beside that the room was clean, the location quiet and the staff nice. I just missed some free snacks and drinks at Christmas eve for the guests.

Very clean and new. Breakfast was okay, but meat in biscuit w cheese only and toaster waffles. Eggs were good. Had toast, oatmeal, cereals.

Not recommended, especially not for Marriott Elite MembersThis a a Marriott property in name only. Customer service is not a priority. Staff is minimal and unable to help with requests or when issues arise. Management is absent and unresponsive. Room furnishings are run down and dirty. Linens are worn and yellowed. For all appearances, the management company is looking to offload this property. Our room rate was changed at checkout. We never heard from the hotel and had to dispute the overcharge with our bank.Rooms: Dirty: Rooms haven’t been cleaned well for a long time. Worn, yellowed linens. Windows don’t open. Stuffy, dust and dirt clogged air and heating units that don’t work.Safety: Parking lot shared with off property bar and restaurants, and businesses. No security.They charge you $10 to park there anywayNoteworthy details: Minimal staffing. Minimal maintenance. No help should issues arise. Room rate raised at checkout.

The *Pill* that checked us in, never gave a greeting, did not smile. Room was over-priced & she refused to give us the Marriot Member Rate, even though OTHER Marriots gave us the Marriot Member Rate. ??

$10 parking is a little absurd, our original room had a sewer smell, moved to next room over and the toilet didn't flush properly
