I was a faithful customer at one point.The owner would schedule me for an appointment,I would show up mostly 10 minutes before,or right at my scheduled time.She would either not be there,or would have someone else in the chair causing me to wait an additional 30 minutes.I can remember on one occasion when I showed up,she wasn't there and I waited 45 minutes only because I was going out of town and really needed my nails done.Once she got there,she took anotherc10 minutes before she finally got started on me.Her next appointment showed up 30 minutes later,she started to rush doing my nails,and once I got home I noticed streaks,and the shape of my nails were not like how they usually are.The final straw was when I called to schedule a mani-pedi for my son and a regular fill for myself.The lady that was sitting next to me was having her nails done by a lady I had never seen working there before. No disrespect towards this lady,however she had deformed fingers and appeared to be struggling holding the customers fingers.The customer whom she was working on looked very displeased and unhappy with the work that had been done on her nails,but did not say anything,she just gave me that look.Once my nails were done,the same lady started working on my son when his service should have started when mine did,now that left me sitting and waiting another hour or so.She did a fast/poor job on his pedi.I had to tell her to scrub his heels,at this point I was pissed because she developed an attitude telling me that they don't scrub the heels of nine year olds,which was NOT the truth because I've seen it done there before..I was a longtime customer. At that point I didn't like how she grabbed his foot after I asked her to scrub his heels.After this,I declined the mani..paid and was done!!! Linda the owner is very unprofessional and needs to take a business class on providing "EXCELLENT"customer service,by being there and being on time.She also needs to learn NOT to discipline her employees in front of the customers yelling and screaming.This shop should be ran by Kim,she's the more PROFESSIONAL one.I will NEVER EVER do business at this establishment EVER again.

Horrible experience got a gel manicure on Thursday paid 43 dollars of my hard earned money and my nails are chipping already the young girl was in a hurry and not very nice

I was recommended to see Kim for my nails and she didn't absolute amazing set of stiletto nails. I was extremely happy and went back and got the exact same thing and so far have no complaints and will continue to see her.

I had high hopes for this salon and visited twice. However, on both occasions, I faced persistent attempts to persuade me into getting dip powder, despite my consistent refusals. During my most recent visit, the nail technician accidentally cut my cuticles too deep on two fingers. It struck me as ironic that they were so insistent on dip powder while overlooking potential infection risks due to the cuts as they dip your finger directly into the container. In addition, they forgot to file my left hand after completing my gel manicure. Unfortunately, I won't be returning after these experiences.

The man that did my nails was literally abusive and rude. He kept yanking on my hands and slapping my fingers down. When I said anything he would grown and get pissed. He stressed me out so badly I ended up just letting him do the length and shape the way he wanted. Also more expensive than any other place I've gone. Then watched me to see how much of a tip I was going to leave him. So rude I will NEVER go back. I'm not one of those Karen customers at all. He was horrible.

They were so rude and didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. The least they could've done was say hi and say we can or cannot take you. We called too in advance yet they still ignored us.

Fairly consistent quality. Fair prices. Friendly. Have been going about 3months for manicure and pedicure. Will continue!!!

I really love letting Kim get creative with my nails. I get tons of compliments at work. She is always on time and very efficient. I've been coming here for over 15 years on and off. I've tried other places and always come back.

Stopped in first time, asked for regular manicure. I had no paint on my nails. There was only 1 other customer in the shop. Picked a color, she put it on. She rushed through it. One nail chipped that afternoon. Another one chipped the next morning. To be honest, I could have done a better job. Not a good result. Not a friendly experience.

I came in Friday to get my pedicure and face wax and wanted to treat myself since I got paid, I don't mind them taking time with the waxing and being precise but the problem came to the pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure was taking a while and took 5 mins looking for white polish which is kind of weird and ridiculous. She did my nails but she shaped them horribly and too short and uneven. If I come here again I will make sure to get someone else for my pedicure but as far as waxing goes, they do an excellent job.
