Patty was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous to go with a new style for my hair. After talking with Patty, she listened to what I wanted and made my vision a reality! I could not be happier and have recommended her to all of my friends. Supercuts is really lucky to have her, if I could give 10 stars I would!

Let me start by saying that I know I may not have made the best choice going to supercuts to begin with in the services that I needed. But it was within a decent budget, no wait, nearby, and seemed that the circumstances would yield a decent result. I don't usually go out of my way to share bad experiences. I may still chalk this up to a possibility of a bad day or being overwhelmed. I arrived a few minutes before opening and was the second person in line. I wanted a shampoo/condition and simple blow-dry. I was warned that the simple blow-dry does not involve any styling, which was not an issue as long as my hair was fully dry. The gentleman in front of me got his haircut and until when I was taken back to wash my hair, nobody was there. I was taken to the back, offered to get a full deep conditioning, and I declined. I mentioned to the stylist (the only one working and i'm assuming that's why hours were further reduced at this location?) that my hair may need to be washed extra. The stylist looked incredibly young, which is not an issue, but definitely not the best communicator. Now, the stylist did not know this, nor did I mention it, as I don't feel that I owe it to anyone to disclose my personal issues, so I would never expect her to know what was up. Full transparency, I struggle with depression and it has been rough lately. Washing my hair takes away more energy than it ever should, so it's easy to let go of accomplishing that task. My hair was in fact very oily but I did not offer an explanation, just a warning that it needed to be extra clean. My hair was washed twice (standard protocol of every salon i've been to) and barely conditioned. Upon returning to the chair, I saw that there were like 4 men in line to get haircuts. I figured me having the only stylist tied up washing my medium length but thick head of hair did not make them happy... but i'm a paying customer just like them so it is what it is. My stylist reiterated that there would be no styling with simple blow-dry. I said it was no issue. After 15-20 minutes my hair was maybe 30-40% dry. My stylist turns off her blow dryer, looked at the waiting room, looked at me, and very loudly said: “*ugh* did you like, lather your hair in oil before you came here???” and I just said no. She kept asking and very loudly saying how oily my hair was and she was unable to dry it further. She rolled her eyes and turned the hair dryer back on. One customer left, i'm assuming because it was taking too long, and I was just sitting there mortified by the lack of consideration. I told the stylist that she could stop and I would just leave so that no other customers would leave and she wouldn't miss out on potential tips or anything like that. The stylist did not hesitate to get me out of her chair and tell me how the simple blow dry just isn't designed for 'people like me' she then changed it to 'it was made for you know... short haired people or something" I asked if there was anyway to discount the services since, even though I made the choice to leave, felt that I was pressured to leave. The stylist said that “technically my hair was blow dried so full price has to be charged." I didn't say anything further and just got up and paid. I let my hair air dry and put it in a ponytail. Not long after I noticed that my glasses felt 'stuck' and felt my left temple. So much product was not properly washed off and was stuck like wax in my hair. It was not literal wax, I am aware, but it felt like wax and I’m not sure how else to describe it. $22 thrown straight in the trash for 30-40% dry hair and product stuck to my hair. Saying that I likely will not return probably is a given. I didn't expect spectacular service, but I also did not leave my house expecting to feel humiliated and embarrassed.Service: Blowdry

Do not go to this business if you want to wait more than an hour after your scheduled appointment. I scheduled an appointment with them for a 3pm haircut, and this is the third time I've had to wait longer than I should have for a haircut. They are not organized with their schedule.

I use Supercuts when I cannot go to my usual stylist and everytime I leave happy with the service, my hair and the price. I very much like this location across from the Roxy because it's super easy to get in and out and a good experience. On a recent trip, I had to wait upon arrival. It was the first time I had to wait when here but it was only 5 minutes. I could have done the reservation/check in before going so I had no one to blame for the wait. (It was only a few minutes but could have been longer so you may wish to schedule a time before you go.) I got a simple cut and was very happy with it. The total cost was $27 plus tip. I was in and out in 20 or so minutes. My stylist was friendly and professional. The salon was impeccably clean as well. Treat yourself soon at this easy in and out location! See website for hours, services and location.
