Absolutely awful experiences. Driving up to Apple Hill and needed prices on a product I wanted to buy. The woman on the phone indicated they do not give prices over the phone. There were not a lot of other shops in area so this was a last resort at this point. I enter the shop with my partner and we indicate to the same woman what we need and she asks 'Did you call?' 'Yes', next thing you know she starts sounding off about having to walk back and forth to give prices over the phone, about how she hasn't eaten etc etc. My partner and I were so confused and taken aback by the lack of customer service because we were trying to spend money there.... Walked out after the interaction and will never be back

I went there one time for a disposable vape. They had the one I normally get for 20$ and they were selling it for 37$. I asked why it was so expensive and he said it was a good price. I asked if he had anything cheaper, he said “no” and walked away disgruntled like I was a gypsy trying to hustle him. They were the only smoke shop open so I was going to buy it despite being nearly double the standard price there. His behavior was so rude that I ended up just buying zyns instead to tide me over till my vape shop opened the next day. Pretty snobby employee, who knows why I tend to be pretty cordial and positive so I don’t anticipate volatile interactions with people.

Julie is one of the sweetest customer service providers I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. She treats everyone with kindness and care which is so rare in the customer service industry.As someone who's been a manager for a retail establishment for over 8 years, she's not only the type I would hire, and I would highly advise to the owners to give her a raise because you DON'T want to lose this woman.Seriously though, give her a raise, she absolutely deserves that and more.Thank you Julie for being so sweet and genuine, you are the type of employee that will continue to bring customers back.

5 stars for Justin!Excellent and chill service with a great selection and fair prices.Unfortunately they don't answer their phones and the Turkish export loose leaf is a crazy dry.

They get 5 stars from me because besides 3 brothers, they are the only Head Shop in Cameron Park. The lady in the mornings isn't too knowledgeable, but her energy and down home personality make up for it. They have a larger selection of glass than 3 Brothers, as well as way better pricing. On top of that, I'm sure we are all well aware of the (seemingly) industry wide no return policy. Well, I'd recently purchased a bong. And the next day noticed a flaw. Problem is, I couldn't make it back to return until my next weekend. I was pleasantly surprised today, because they were willing to swap it out for me, and it'd been a whole week! I've argued with other places to no avail. In short, they have great selection, good prices, and excellent customer service! ?

The girl who works there is High on Drugs and stealing from the Boss ,and got caught for saleing to a undercover cop ! She is straight taking packs of cigarettes from the owner and he still lets her run the store ! I used to love this store but they are in need for new management I know this because I gave her a ride to court WOW

I had such a great experience at smokers dreams it was un-real, super friendly staff! Justin was who was helping me and he showed me so many things around the store I would have never noticed. I love the art work in the shop and all the new pieces coming into the showcases. Coming back to see the new items and over all I want to say GREAT SERVICE !

If I could give this place no Stars I would. They hike up prices after there prices are already high. I literally get something from another smoke shop same thing very real and they charge 11 dollars more for it in there store at smokers dream. It’s highway robbery . I know that inflation is hurting people but this place had higher prices then everyone else before inflation and what I’m talking about was before inflation. SO IF I WERE YOU , PICK ANOTHER HONEST SMOKE SHOP. This owner is crooked! See how he’s extending his smoke shop, because you all are paying crazy hiked up prices from this owner and his employees know it. They probably get off go down an exit to another smoke shop because they can’t afford the one they work at. It’s bad check it out for your self do some research GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! THIS SHOP OWNER DOESN’T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS WHO PAY HIS HIGH PRICES . BEWARE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't sure exactly what type of vape juice to buy or battery type I should use, but a gentleman by the name of Joe was super helpful and a delight to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and asked the perfect questions to aid in my search which resulted in me getting all that I was hoping for!Great staff and quality products! Many Thanks!!

Smokers dream? More like smokers and consumers nightmare. Don’t smoke myself so that’s not what I went in there for. I when there to buy a battery for a vape cartridge. I picked up a green smart pen. Bring it home and a few days later I try it out. The thing wasn’t manufactured right and would give no draw when inhaling. Bring it back to get an exchange, less than 30 days since I bought it, and owner(I’m assuming) tells me they don’t have a 30 day exchange policy like every other place. No, theirs is a 24-48 HOUR exchange policy. So if you can avoid it, do go to it. Go the one of the other smoke shops. The one off Green Valley is great. There is even a small nice one in the BelAir parking lot.

After speaking with Justin he went over all of the different products and compatibility issues. Smart guy and definitely recommend this place if you come in during his shift. Justin, study hard and keep up the great work!!
