4 price tags on the small Pringles for $1.49. Grab the can, get rung up, $2.19. I say to the guy that the price is $1.49 on the shelf about 7 feet away, and without even looking at me, staring at his phone, he says "that's an old price."Charging more than the posted price in California is against the law. Do your job, the store isn't even bigger than my apartment.Left the Pringles on the counter and not going back. Running a convenience store is not complicated. Put price tags on things, charge those prices.

Crappiest 7-11 I've ever been in. I tried to get a Diet Coke big gulp. Nothing but water came out. I went and told the clerk and she just shrugged her shoulders. She said, we don't have Diet Coke. I told her it's on the machine over there. She just shrugged her shoulders again. Avoid like the plague

Hoping your coffee service gets back to normal soon. Few choices with high prices are not working for me.

Please don't buy anything from this place. Have been here three times in one month and EACH and EVERY time they overcharge by 40%. When you bring it up, instead of apologies, they give you an attitude like you are the one at fault. Yesterday was the final draw, when the cashier said "If I give you the difference back it will come out of my pocket" WILL NEVER WALK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN AND reporting to the headquarters. (incident: around 3:15 p.m., Sunday 5th, younger kid)

I went to pick up some stuff at night but I was told that it was only cash and when I asked why he didn’t care to explain. Pretty disappointing

Generally this place is quite good. But the last 2 days, the person working the counter would not or did not know how to use my 711 wallet to pay for my items.

It was 7 Eleven Day a couple of days ago. We walked in and got our free slurpees. This is our second year doing this. Last year, we walked into a different 7 Eleven that ran out of slurpees. It was messy and dirty. This year, we came to the Winchester location instead. All of the slurpees were stocked. The counters were clean and not sticky. The two employees seemed happy and cheerful. They acknowledged us going into the store and going out. I'm not crazy about the parking lot though. Cars don't look as they try to speed through this tiny little lot. I certainly will come back again.

Avoid this store! There is an employee that works at night who REFUSES to wear a mask. I have no immune system due to chemo therapy and I asked the man to pull up his mask. He was very hostile and babbled something to me that was not understandable. He is always rude and not helpful. Now 7-11 corporate thinks it's okay to have him threatening our lives! I would suggest boycotting this store. One of his associates threatened me outside the store and came 2 feet away from me without a mask to tell me to have some respect. UNBELIEVABLE! This is not a good area at night and should be avoided!

On 5/7/19 12:40pm, as I walked in, the clerk had his shirt up and was rubbing his stomach. As I walked up to pay for my item, he had his hand down the front of his pants, scratching. I never give a rating this low, and I really give businesses a fair shot, but what I witnessed today was super unsanitary and disgusting. These employees handle food and food products all day. I hope the owner sees this and reviews his surveillance with the date and time I've provided. I didn't see a name tag on this guy, but this needs to be addressed.
