Clerk tried to scam me. Running a deal for Celsius that was 2 for 4.50. Clerk rang it in as 3 Celsius and removed one so that the system wouldn’t recognize the promotion. When I asked him about it he insisted that he had removed a Celsius, which he had, but didn’t give me the promotion. I took about another minute of arguing before he gave me the correct price.

I went here for a milk, a big gulp, and a hot dog. When I got the hot dog, I turned around to get the milk and saw in the security mirror that the staff had actually dropped the hot dog on the floor and put it in the bun, thinking I didn't see because I was turned away. As I payed a high price for this dirt covered dog, the staff treated me with a great deal of contempt and disrespect, don't want to get into it. When I left, I dropped the big gulp, the staff just laughed at me. I had to buy another one and pay in full. Finally I get home only to find out that I didn't catch the milk was expired, it smelled awful and was rotten. This place is a nightmare.

Clerks rude, cusses at customers, not very polite.Just an overall unpleasant shopping experience. I'll go the few minutes out of my way to go to other 7/11, where the store clerk doesn't cuss at customers, and are just way more pleasant, and appreciative of our business.

I bought a hot dog and he wouldn't give me mustard or mayonnaise. and he answered me reluctantly. They have terrible service here with customers. and he charged me without having given me the full service ????

I handed the cashier $480 dollars for three MO, the cashier gave a total amount $498, I went over amounts and MO fees she insisted that's what fees where for the MO fees I handed her the extra $20 totaling $100 I continued to question transaction amounts and fees and watched her as she entered the amounts in register rang total to $478, I immediately brought it to her attention she took the extra $20 and didn't ring it up in the register she became rude and loud and said she was giving it back in my change I told her she should have never took it and she never enter amount she it's not change she was trying to pocket the extra $20 that what it seem to me. Manager was no help at all he just blew it off as she received correct the correct change instead of looking into the transaction or his rude not so honest cashier's behavior. I will also be reporting to the BBB.

On Sunday 3:19 pm this guy refused to give me service because he got confused with the payment method, I was trying to use 7 11 wallet. then when I tried to use Apple Pay and he decided to refuse to accept. He was very rude and doesn’t know what he was doing , I come here every weekend and I’ve never seen such a guy.

This 7-eleven never throws out they’re expired ideas! There has been a few times that my family has goes to buy some milk and the milk is a week or two ago old! Make sure to check the date before buying!

Masks are required at all retail places in this county. They have a sign on the door even saying so. I walked in and a customer is walking around the store without a mask and coughed! I told the employees working behind the counter about this and all he said was “so”? No wonder this virus is spreading like wildfire right now!

So I went here and it's supposed to be 24 hour I show up at 12am and the guy was mopping tells me they close in 30 minutes but won't let me come in and says they're not going to sell to me because they just mopped. BULL S***

Horrible customer service! The guy at the counter was very rude when I asked about the special on the chips and then even said that he “doesn't eat that garbage, you guys eat thatâ€. He even laughed at me when I dropped my Big Gulp walking out the door because I had my change in the same hand as my drink. Worst 7-11 experience ever. I was seriously considering calling the district manager on that guy but thought I should share my experience with everyone else instead, hoping to save someone else the hassle and embarrassment of visiting this store.

Immediately as I walked in. I was greeted very cheerfully by Gabriel and Miriam. And it actually felt like they genuinely meant it. I felt actually welcome and not rushed like I usually am in 7-elevens.
