I went into the store, thinking it would be a more straightforward, and honest, transaction. However, I was sadly mistaken. Zeus was the person who assisted us, and I added a third brand new line for my kid for Christmas. I happened to look at my account online however, and I noticed that for the new line he did an upcharge. So my monthly reoccurring (or MRC), I used to work in telecom too, so this especially irks me, jumped up to $50 with the premium line on my kid's new phone line. I'm sorting through this online. How ironic, I thought it would be a lot easier going to the store. I was wrong. I hate to give one star however, dishonesty warrants it in this case. I'm also looking at switching over to Verizon. I'm that mad.Again, I hate to slam a company but I was shocked to see this upcharge.The online rep also said I was supposed to have a trade in kit but that never happened. So I'm online correcting that now as well.

AT&T is horrible!I bought an iPhone from Apple store with AT&T Plan. But I returned the phone and terminated the plan on the second day. It says within 3 days of purchase no bill should occur. But~ but! After I called AT&T 3 times, each time the recipient from AT&T said the bill was cancelled. But I still get the bill in mail/email says I am overdue for the bill! Shit! Can AT&T does some decent job for customer service! It's robbing shamelessly!

I upgraded my iphone 11 To a iphone 15 pro. The girl sales associate told me Id be getting $630 + for my trade in. My average bill before the trade in was $89 per month. I ended up getting $125 credit only for my phone. I was hit with a $90 activation fee and a $82 fee for I don't know what. Now my monthly bill is $178 WTF!!!

This store is very well organized and I was greeted right away as I walked in. I was on the phone and had online chat with AT&T and Verizon for hours for an account transfer issue I had. Jack W. helped me to get a new account set up and informed me about the next step.. After a few try with calling 611, my issue was resolved finally. Thank you for all the staff at the store in the morning of Sept 25 and especially Jack W.

Looks like I'm not the only person who had "Next Up" AND insurance (without consent) snuck into my monthly bill, skyrocketed us to $216/month. Insane and without consent. Rep said "I'll add the insurance for free" to which I declined. He insisted so I repeated, "Okay so you're going to add insurance FOR FREE, I will not pay anything correct?" He said, "Yes." Hate that. Insurance AND Next Up was adding an extra $30/mo. Phone store reps are becoming sneaky used car dealers. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. 0/5 stars.

Sales rep added a $6/month Next UP without my agreement. Does not listen, speaks extremely quietly and unclear. Pretty sure all that intentional so customers don't understand what's happening.

Incompetence and negligence at the cost of customers time and money.My wife and I went to this store to switch to at&t postpaid, but they pushed firstnet on us. A month later firstnet canceled our service with no notice saying we were not eligible. We went back to this store, and they adamantly said we can use firstnet and called firstnet to reinstate our service, firstnet canceled our service again a month later.We then went back to the store to restore our service again. The manager at the time agreed to put us both on a value plus plan. Unfortunately, they didn’t know that only one person can be on a value plus plan. Instead of having two value plus plans, I was put on a significantly more expensive premium plan without my knowledge. Again, incompetence on what services they can or can’t offer.We returned back to the store once we saw the billing error and was told it would be credited back and that we would be put under the same plan again, not knowing this was possible with value plus. Each visit we were told that notes would be applied to our account. No notes were ever put down, so if we called the standard at&t line they couldn’t help us without any documented context. This location abused us as customers. This location also put the original manager we dealt with on leave.We still have no reimbursement, and have to continuously call this location to correct this issue. We canceled our services after losing faith in this billing and account issue being settled.Will this location ever correct this issue, or at&t in general? Who knows. No customer should have to deal with employees that don’t know how to set-up phone plans. Why cant I trust these employees when they say will set-up our phone services as verbally described. I strongly suggest others to not use this location for phone plans if you are firm on using at&t phone services. Take your business elsewhere.

Initially I wrote a great review for William at the ATT store in Campbell, the Pruneyard. That was before I received my first bill after upgrading to a new phone last month. I can't even say he was misleading because I asked him specific questions and he actually lied!! There were numerous charges added to my first bill this month. I was never informed of additional charges on my monthly bill when I was in the store. My monthly bill is normally $90 but this month I was charged $267!!!! I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with ATT today and they noted some charges were applied twice. I was also told that health care providers could receive a free Apple Watch in June and just pay for activation. In actuality I'm being charged $25/month for 36 months!!That means I would be paying $900 for the "free" watch. Or I pay it off now for $350. WILLIAM LIED about the charges and promotion. 12 yrs with ATT and I will be switching to another carrier after being conned and basically robbed. BEWARE OF WILLIAM AT ATT IN CAMPBELL!!!

Had some issues with my service for months, but no one could fix it, finally came in to this store. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me within minutes and gave me some helpful tips to avoid any similar issues in the future. Very professional and nice people working there, will be my to go location now

The manager Quang is LIAR and FRAUD.He literally lied to my face. He said I qualified for a free watch because of being a long time customer. I asked repeatedly what changes would be made to our account any ongoing fees and cost beyond the upfront tax and activation. He said no repeatedly. next bill comes and there is a $10 fee for the watch $17 for insurance and to make it worse the change our family plan WITHOUT PERMISSION. They switched us from a grandfathered plan to one that is worse for more money.So DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. Until there is some serious changes considered is place a fraud risk and don't do any business with them unless you want surprised fees and random plan changes so they can make a few bucks commissions. I am now trying to se where an report this terrible behavior.
