PNC is absolute garbage. All the time I call and it goes to a robot instead of a person, and the robot misunderstands what I say.I spend 10 minutes going in circles. In person is not much better.Two weeks ago, I told them I was going abroad and I set up a travel notice on my cards. Now I am in a new country only to have my card declined everywhere I go, as well as at all ATMs I find here.

I arrived at this branch to exchange a few thousand dollars for a trip I was taking out of the country. On PNC website it says this can be done in 24-48 hours. I arrived on a Wednesday to set this in motion. Called 2 days after to see the status of the transaction. Called the next week on Monday, Tuesday and finally Wednesday, (1 week after initiating the transfer) The branch told me they had sent it to the wrong address and that this would not be able to take place. Now having to scramble to find somewhere to exchange my money that is still being held up by PNC. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and compassion. As a customer of this bank for 20 years I am in disbelief. PNC has put me in a terrible position for a well planned organized trip my wife and I were looking forward to.

I closed my PNC bank account 5 months ago and wanted statements dating back to 2 years. Lakshmi and Tara were very helpful and printed them for me the same day as I had an urgency. I understand that it was quite tricky and they went above and beyond to get my statements even though I am no longer a PNC customer. I really appreciate all their help in getting my statements.

Simply terrible. Customer service is simply rude, unhelpful and clearly have no intentions of helping you. All I wanted to do was increase my monthly payment on my car loan. According to the phone representative you must complete this online with their chat people for some reason. Of course the online chat rarely loads loads and the one time I did get it to work, 'Tamika' informed me they can't make changes because of ongoing maintenance and to call the customer service number. 'Buffy' on the phone informed me to do the online chat and Around and around I went. Nothing has been resolved. I finally decided it is less work to refinance with another bank than deal with PNC. When in the world is it ever easier to refinance?! Get your ship in order PNC.

Comically awful bank. Their website always present error messages and their chat functionality doesn't work. This means you have to call their customer service and the phone rude representatives inform you that you must use the online chat even though it doesn't work....And around and around you go. If you want an exceptional exercise in utter futility and want to lose your freaking mind, go right ahead and use this bank.

Worst experience ever. Wish I could give 0 star. I drove 30 minutes here for a transfer, they refuse to give a cashier's check for no reason. I have all the security questions answered and brought all documents with me. They told me to go back and call PNC to wire transfer instead. I'm thinking about closing both checking saving accounts after wire out all funds and have no more relation with them.

I have had nothing but wonderful service from this bank. My mortgage is with them, and I have a high yield saving account with them that is the highest rate I could find. It is true that they do a lot of their business online, but this is Silicon Valley we live in, so we should be able to handle it. Many of the online banks that pay higher interest are online only. I am thrilled that this one has a brick and mortor location here because they are mostly located on the east coast. Check out their high yield savings account that is currently paying me 4% interest, and I have access to my money anytime.

The absolute worse service ever. Started a process and not a single person will return my call but they keep emailing me for stuff and not answering any question. THEY RAN m credit score too which dings it and i refuse to work with them. Something is way wrong/off with their process/them. Stay away

modesto pnc bank sucks. went to cash my paycheck. This time I was told I had to deposit it and wait 24hrs. Plus my direct deposit works for a month then back to cashing my checks. B******** Time to change banks
