I came in twenty minutes before closing to apply for two credit cards, and Sallie Chung was extremely helpful and efficient. She had all the forms prepared for me when I got there (without appointment), and I was able to get approved for both. She also ensured that I got my cards promptly so that I could start working on the minimum spend!

About 3months ago I went to the bank because I wanted to send $200 to my sister in England. I explained what I wanted to do and got a cashiers check from them. The banks in England don't accept American checks but apparently my bank did not know this. I asked about a wire and they told me what details I needed at the same time convincing me to get a credit card from them with a $200 bonus. I got the details and the banker filled in everything for the wire and sent it off after I paid a $50 fee. I went back over the next 3/4 weeks 2/3 times asking what happened to the wire without getting any info accept that the virus might be delaying it. I was given a reference/tracking number with no instruction how to use it and no computer at home. Eventually after about 4/5 weeks the wire was sent back. The bank stated that I must have given them incorrect details and advised I download the chase phone app and send it that way after I checked my sisters bank details. My sister confirmed the details she gave me but just in case sent me a picture of her other bank account on a form the bank printed out for her. The phone app was not helpful but I managed to eventually fill out the wire transfer but it was sent back again stating security reasons. I had to spend over an hour on the phone to re-activate my account as it was suspended and after checking the details again tried to send the wire again and of course it was sent back stating security reasons. I had to spend another hour re-activating my account but decided not to try again that day. I called the customer services line to complain today and after receiving the usual empty apologies I was told I was being put through to the department that dealt with wire transfers. I spoke to a gentleman for about 40 minutes who eventually said he could not help me but he could give me the number of a department that specialized in wire transfers but that it was closed for the day. I told him that I was told he was the expert but clearly he was not. He also suggested I explore other options for sending money to my sister other than the bank. All in all this supposed helpful bank has failed completely to help me send $200 to my sister in England and seems at a loss to explain what the problem is. I am seriously considering changing my bank as they are clueless and very unhelpful.

I would give a ZERO if I could! Do not expect to be greeted by the bank manager or anyone else in the branch (especially if your a minority). In addition, Mina Kim is one of the worst tellers ever. Coming into the bank with an important issue (my account getting hacked), she responded by being condescending, continuously interrupted me while explaining my concerns about my privacy breach. She continued to belittle me in front of other customers. and threw her notepad at me when I requested not to state my log-in information over the counter. She became even more aggressive when I asked for her name. I don't even know if she fixed the problem- I have been a Chase customer for years, and now I feel like I am nothing to Chase. I will be going back to Stanford Credit Union.

I come in to open a new account was told by this lady.."I am not a banker." I am on a conference call. Come to find out she is the branch manager! Very rude and disrespectful to her employees and customers.

The bank is empty. I need to wire money. I sign at 2.25pm. It is 3pm and I am still waiting to be attended to. What would happen if it was busy? I'm thinking to myself am I at the DMV or is this a bank? Worst service ever. No one comes out to ask if you've been helped. Will not be back. Only came here coz I was on my way to Target and it was on my way. The cheap way just became the most expensive way!!!!
