I went in today to cancel money orders & have them re-issued. They were lost ? Anyway I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse. He was extremely helpful and even though it took an hour. He kept checking on me and letting me know everything that was happening. I have had an account with Chase Bank for several years. I cant say enough good things about this bank. Never had any issues.

I'm a long-time Chase customer. I called ahead to this branch to inquire if I could cash a US savings bond with face value of $1000. The banker who answered assured me there was no face value limit of bonds that could be cashed or deposited.I made a special trip to this branch cash my bond today and had to wait in line a long time only to be told they could NOT cash/deposit my Savings Bond. Chase has a $200 face value limit for US Savings which, apparently, is a fairly new "rule". Very poor customer service at this Chase Branch compared to Saratoga branch!!!

I came to the branch for some questions regarding my account . Extremely good service and banking knowledge from the Banker name Sally Phan. But unfortunately her manager Maritja should be replaced, not support the banker but came to the office with rude behavior,look at me very weird.Communication is not friendly as well.

Why is it every time I come to this bank there is only one person working and the other three employees are just standing around? They should really get new management. Whoever is in charge is obviously not doing their job.

Bad customer service. Only 1 teller line open helping a customer with a complicated issue. Rest of customers waiting as manager and other workers just stand there. I’ll take my deposit to my credit union

Tried getting on a phone with a human about doing a currency exchange and got the message "we're sorry, we're busy assisting other customers" before getting hung up on. Happened every hour I called from 9am to 5pm today. Was given no option to hop in a queue, get a call back, or reach out through email to the local branch. I just called after closing hours to check, and it's still the same message about "busy assisting other customers"—after closing hours?! Haha, very funny.Assuming this local branch was up to their elbows helping people at literally all hours of the day and even after closing hours, hire more staff or set up other ways to reach out that don't involve customers having to come in every time they have a quick question. It's extremely inconveniencing.

David Perez is extremely professional, kind, and friendly. My account has a few issues that have yet to be resolved (no one’s fault) and he remembered me and was able to cater to my requests from memory. 10/10 give this guy a raise

I was told I couldn't open a savings account because I am not a US citizen. So I stopped banking with them and went to county federal and they were able to help me open a savings there.

Best customer service ever. Chase has always provided great service but today my experience with the teller (1pm on 1/3/22) was outstanding. She was the most friendly teller that I have yet to come across!

Chase bank still charges fees for basic checking account . ATM fees , wire fees etc Grow the f*** up Jamie. Talking s*** about crypto and buying crypto him . What a joke .

Worst service when I asked a simple question the security guard with handcuffs next to me. I went to deposit money into a friends account cash at that. I will never have my money in this bank. They were rude with no real answer. Policy does not explain. Worst service. Thank God I have a credit union that treats people like people.

I walked in and no one said hello or greeted me and while there is line they only had one teller working.Bad attitude and very dirty inside.
