Lazy. I had a prescription for some analgesic gel and they told me to buy OTC. Rarely had the drug I used each month in stock. I have to say the techs are sweet and capable. But in general, way below average service as far as pharmacies go.

I’d give a zero if I can. This particular staff was so rude to customer even it’s not my issue. I requested a bcp refill through phone and cvs bot said I can pickup later that day. Went to the branch and one lady said I don’t have the pill because I don’t have a prescription. She said I can’t understand her (literally) and I can go to a minute clinic. And (smirking face) at some point of my life I need a doctor. What kinda of joke is this? I have a doctor in fact I hold a MD myself. I have insurance and I’m not here to be humiliated.Another staff called one day later and said it’s a communication issue, she’s nice and considerate. But that first lady talk to customer like that was absolutely ridiculous.

I had to make a quick pharmacy run while I was in the area. There was an older gentleman wearing a red shirt with a heart and I was not sure if he was an employee. When I asked him, he was pretty surly and not very communicative. Other than that, it was fine. The cashier was sweet.

FANTASTIC STAFF!! I had a great experience getting my Pfizer booster here (I am afraid of needles, and have fainted from a flu shot). I got there 5-10 minutes before my appointment (like the email said), and was seen 7 minutes after I arrived, so barely any wait. The new pharmacist Maya was amazing--she was very helpful on the phone before my visit (I had questions about my insurance coverage) and was super friendly. She talked me through everything, took time to make sure I was ok, and helped me feel less nervous. Because she chatted with me and did everything so smoothly, I barely noticed the injection! That never happens to me! Maya was the best! When I bought some things on my way out, Izel at the register was super helpful and maximized my savings (she added or enabled coupons/extrabucks on my cvs card and saved me ~$4-5!). She was also super friendly and welcoming. Usually it can be awkward when you're waiting for the card reader to accept your credit card, but she chatted and made it smooth. It didn't feel at all like she was there to just run down the clock; she acted like it was her own store and made the experience personal (and very positive). Aside from having great employees, this CVS was clean, well-stocked. Who knew that getting a vaccine from CVS would be such a pleasant experience? Thanks Maya and Izel! You deserve a raise!

I really like how they made this new CVS in the old ACE Hardware building in the same plaza where the old CVS on San Tomas Aquino Rd was. The store is always clean and well-maintained. It IS new so I guess it would be but hey I just have to mention that. It is A LOT SMALLER than the old one but for my needs it's OK. I only basically buy junk food here anyway, especially chocolate, and they always have that but be careful... their specials are good but they are really shady when it comes to displaying their chocolate they won't display too much at a time and sometimes only enough for the special will be on display so watch out for that trick. Other times they will hide things behind similar looking items. Those are just " tricks of the trade " I've picked up on being a saavy shopper here.

They moved to this smaller location but it doesn't feel small at all. The aisles are well maintained and clean. The Pharmacy is the best as the technicians managing it are really good at what they do and the service they provide..always with a smile and patience no matter how busy it gets! Glad to have such a pharmacy in the neighborhood!

They moved next to the dollar store in the same shopping center due to the higher cost of rent. They now carry a lot of healthy snacks there as well as new snacks like Skinny pop cheese puffs & Taco Bell chips. The people there are friendly & one lady doing stick asked me if I needed any help. There's lots of cute Halloween items up now as well as a good selection of Halloween candy. They have kit kats with a glow in the dark wrapper there. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center.

Super busy the 2 times I went in (off hours) this CVS will be closed permanently as of 9-22-19 and will move about 10 doors down in the same shopping center to their new location.

I was not a nice customer to Elena, who was trying to help me with a return. Unfortunately, the UPC code tag was not on my product to be returned. But, thanks to Elena, she made me a Merchandise Card, to be used there. I felt embarrassed to treat a person like that. So, after that, I went to get a couple of things, used my Merchandise Card..and said thank you to Elena, for being patient and helping me out.

This is my go to cvs when it comes to using my coupons :) they make it easy to save money unlike Walgreens is with their acceptance of coupons. Saving here are great on beauty and personal care products! Also good sales on seasonal items, baby care and some house hold products. The employees are always helpful and friendly and the store and bathrooms are always kept neat. They only complaint I have is the red coupon printer near the entrance seems to be out of order often and some makeup isn't always priced so I often have to take my items to the price checker to find out the price or sales. Overall though I enjoy shopping here and that is why I shop here constantly.

I really like this CVS. The employees greet you with a happy hello upon entering and the pharmacists are very good. I switched from Walgreens to this CVS as this CVS just gets customer first. Lines are never crazy long, great seasonal selection and happy employees. Whats not to like!

I need to transfer my prescriptions away from this place. Always a wait, pharmacy cashiers chatting and making the line slow, only to discover the prescriptions you ordered by phone are not ready at the promised time. Plus, even when I text that I don't want a refill, they refill my orders. And they default to refilling 3 even for medicines I don't even need at the time, which feels like a scam on the insurance company.

I go to this CVS weekly. The clerks at the front counter NEVER smile or greet you. So disappointing.....if you work in customer service you should give customer service.
