People there are unfriendly. They don't want to be there, they think that Fedex shipping questions are not their responsibility, they are arrogant. Saying "This is Fedex, not us" whilst wearing a Fedex tshirt. So tired of Fedex and the way they get randoms to operate their locations.

My package was delivered damaged. Also, the clerk was acting weird when I said the declared value of the package is $1000, said he’s curious & asking me what’s in it. At USPS they never ask questions like that unless it’s international which my package was not. They’re only supposed to ask if it’s flammable, perishable, fragile etc etc.. I have a strong suspicion the clerk opened it without my knowledge after I left. It was an expensive watch and fedex is ofc acting as if they aren’t responsible for the damage.

This place had great customer service. I was sending a package and they were able to get it done quick simple and easy gave me. The receipt has smile on their face and they had adequate supplies needed. If I needed to buy anything there the atmosphere was pleasant. I recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I love this place, the staff here are so friendly, they're so helpful, you walk in with a package you want to ship they'll help you get it wrapped, mostly wrapping it themselves, set it up for shipment give you receipt you walk away with peace of mind knowing that it's going to get there, can't say enough good things about this FedEx center. They also have materials, print banners, they've got computers to rent, this is just like a one-stop shop you can get anything you need to do without having an office.

I have been coming here for years. Have had many things printed here. Even had my outdoor business banners made here. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Today I met Francis. He was very rude. Seemed to be rude on purpose? I saw a card for the manager, Lance Freitas. I will follow up with that on Monday. Currently I am standing at the Fed Ex store counter while Francis clears a paper jam for the Man that came in after me. Francis has no current estimated wait time for me. He says this is due to his paper jam. Very rude and condescending service person here. Avoid this person if possible.

I frequent this store for all of my print and shipping needs. All of the employees are super helpful and do a great job whether it's a print order (posters, cards, banners) or helping with packing/shipping.

I visit FedEx 10 E Hamilton Ave, Campbell for International Priority. The Manger, who take my package and do further process. I pay $110 for International shipping. First manager inputs wrong name, when I told him that there is some errors in the name than he suggested me to change the name with the pen instead of making a new lable.Without my knowledge he declared the value of package and instead of Resident package delivery he selected commercial delivery. Now we are facing long process from Indian custome because of Commercial Delivery. I talk with the Manager regarding his mistake and the issue we are facing. Manager says “ I can’t do anything about it.” He also not try to resolve the matter or help me. He sounds like rude. I don’t know who hired this dum and irresponsible person as a “Manager”. Very unprofessional and rude Manager.

So my wife tried calling to find out if our packages were on hold for pick up! So she was put on hold. Someone else processed to pick up and asked her if she needed help. She asked about the packages. The worker there asked for a tracking number, and as she was giving it, the worker rudely interrupted her, asking only for the last four. He didn't state that initially.She then asked if they could be picked up tomorrow, and all the worker told her she needed to bring someone with her because the boxes were heavy and then hung up! The lack of customer service and professionalism was absent and not a good representation of the organization. I'm going to leave it there, or my comment will be removed even though I'm just trying to help future customers

Arrived here on a Monday afternoon around 12:45 pm to do some printing for a return label. Spacious parking lot, so no worries there. Not that many customers inside and about 3 FedEx associates tending to the store. I didn't need any help since I went to the self service printer. Super accessible and easy to do instructions by either having a USB or sending a file to the store email address and inputting a specific code. Was done within 5 minutes of doing a one page print job. Quick, seamless, and no hassle with the printers!
