Went 2x to get some keys Made and no one was able to help. The last time I waited around for 45 min, a staff was called 3x, then a staff member said the Key Lady was on break. So I just left!

Best Home Depot because it near me and it’s not privately owned, so the prices are good

I wish that they had apple pay--at this point I forget that some stores still don't and showed up with just my phone to get a couple keys made. It turned what should have been a quick trip into a quite the saga, but Leila in customer service was incredibly helpful in navigating everything!

Bought a water/ice maker filter for our fridge. No one could answer if the one we picked could be a replacement of the one we removed from the fridge. Was told the only person who had that knowledge would not be in for another 15 minutes.

What's there to say.. what man doesn't love going to Home Depot. The only thing better than a trip to Home Depot is a trip to the meat department at Costco. This is the same as all the other home depots. I could wander the isles all day long (at both HD and Costco)..

The store is better than a few years ago. Staff is more helpful when you can find them, but most retail is like this now. Overall a good experience

Aisles are filled with displays trying to tell you what to buy, return carts and rolling stairs.I spent 2 hours trying to find everything I needed for a couple of home projects, it was so crowded in aisles I had to leave my cart on the end of the aisles, tucked out of the way. I spent 10 minutes picking the stain I needed and went back to find my cart gone. It had been taken by staff for return to shelves, because unattended carts block customers. If you want free aisles, clear out the garbage you fill them with. If you want people to buy items, don't block the aisles with the products, make it easier to get to products. If you want customers to have a good experience and come back, don't make them shop twice. Extremely upset, I try to support brick stores, it won't be this location. They are so obsessed with selling they drive away customers. They will follow Sears within 5 years.

Went in to buy paint today. Thanks to Josh in the paint shop, I was able to avoid making a mistake by getting the wrong paint. He went over and above, and saved me a lot of trouble/expenses. Many thanks to him and his terrific customer service!
