I was there few times to print some stuff for my business and personal thing and this lady ( Yadhira) was so helpful and patient with all my orders. I definitely would train her for higher position as she’s well capable of her current position.

I have been helped twice by the staff for the same size print out, but for last 5 days the staff refuses to help with the same size print out request. One of them suggested me to come back tomorrow while there was still 45 minutes left in store closing time. The next day they said that they don’t know how to do it and to check back again with different staff member. The third time the staff member said that they are not supposed to help customers with print out request.Would not suggest this staples if you are on a deadline for a print job. Most of the staff is lazy and lacks knowledge to help customers.

Wendy at the print center was sooooooooo nice! She noticed that our Christmas cards had bent corners and insisted on reprinting us replacements! What an awesome experience, she really cares about doing quality work and she has such a joyous personality! Thank you Wendy!!!

This is a review of the TSA Pre-check services only. I applied online and was told I could do a walk-in at this location. I approached the employee and was immediately told he probably wouldn’t be able to get to me today, never asked if I had already completed an online application. The only thing I needed to do was to show my passport and have fingerprints taken - a 3 minute process. He told me I could wait. There are two processing stations for TSA Pre and passports. There was a young man waiting (also a walk-in). One of the stations was free. This guy asked if he could be helped and the employee told him “no” because he was going on his break. Employee sat at the desk another 5 minutes, ignoring both of us, then left for his break. The other customer asked him when he’d be back three times and the employee refused to answer. He had to ask another staff member, who said he would t be back until 5:30p. Horrible customer service. Slow. Lazy. Rude. I made an appointment for another non-Staples location for tomorrow afternoon rather than having to deal with this awful employee.

Matt and Melissa are rare humans. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable. There was a rude customer in line in front of me, and they were still so nice. I told the guy that I know you wont write a nice review about them so I will..... A rare moment for me. I would have never been that nice. Promote Melissa to Store Manager and Matt as her asistant. They are rockstars! There, I did my good deed for the day!

The TSA precheck rep was extremely rude. I arrived 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time but he was helping someone else so he didn't turn around to see me until 5 minutes after my appointment time. He then proceeded to tell me I was 15 minutes late because the confirmation says that I have to be there 10 minutes before so he has to treat me like a walk-in now. I never got a confirmation that said it was mandatory to show up 10 minutes before the appointment. He has the most pompous a****** attitude it was ridiculous and the way he spoke to me was rude from the minute I told him my name.

I had a bad experience with the TSA pre-check today. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment and sat in line as the sign posted there said so. The guy working the counter refused to check me in after I had there for 10 minutes, saying I was 15 minutes late. He started arguing with me and showing me how "booked" he was, when there was nobody waiting there after me. He refused to believe me that I was 5 minutes late. I left in a huff, and I will definitely go some place else where they know how to talk to customers.

I was missing 6 minutes for closing today, and they didn't want to let me in, they should inform them that they close earlier and not tell lies. On the other hand, he only needed to print 2 sheets, but unbelievably they had one printer turned off and the other one was occupied by someone else and he never vacated it. Additionally, the Manager in a dismissive and racist attitude told me that they were going to close and that the other printer was not working. I really do not recommend this site, very bad attention and lack of consideration for customers, from the doorman to the Manager.

I hope these are on recall, the wheel system on then sucks, they don't roll straight and run into everything.Certainly not worth the price I paid for it.

I came here for the TSA Pre check interview. The agent was patient and friendly, and did things efficiently. I recommend choosing this office.

The store is fine, but the wait time is very bad for TSA pre check. People in front of me had to wait more than 30 mins.

I came here the other day to do two things: a happy return and passport photos.The lady was super nice and helpful for the happy return. It was so easy!! And even gave me a 20% coupon for travel and said I could use it towards my passport photo.I go over to the tech services to get my photos done but was informed that the coupon would not work with the passport photo since it's a service?All good. I paid $14.99 before tax for 2 passport photos. The gentleman was very nice and made sure the photos were good (since there are so many conditions for these government approved photos). Overall very happy that I got both services done here at Staples. Fyi, they also do TSA pre-check for $85 domestic. Good for 5 years. I already have mine but once it's expired, I'll definitely come to Staples to renew.
