There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru and it literally took 30 minutes to pick up my medication. It seems like they are severely understaffed, the staff are slow, and the wait gets worse and worse

Ordered graduation announcement here and what a pain. App showed the delivered, they said they did not have them and to wait for the email that they were ready. 4 days later I called their 866 number was on hold for 20 min while they called the store and confirmed receipt. I went into the store less than 1/2 hour later snd they said, sorry we don't have them. Called the 866 number again-unfortuanetly got a different person and had to go thru it all again. They finally found them in a cupboard and my name is not on the outside. The clerk tried showing me the box and I was less than sympathetic. Please get it together!!!

The drive thru window is filthy (cobwebs and dirt). I have pointed this out several times. Is it possible to clean and maintain it?

I got my covid shot here, Pfizer. My second appt was only able to be scheduled out online 4 weeks even though it's supposed to be 3 weeks. I called them and asked to change my appt to 3 weeks and the pharmacist said the second dose was allowed to be given up to 6 weeks after the first. I kept pushing back saying that's not necessarily true - I was reading the CDC website as I spoke to her. I kept pushing back and she hung up. Well, now they're getting called out for it - see article below. TRUE LAZINESS on the part of Walgreens that they can't manage possibly a difference in appointments for moderna and Pfizer (even though this store has only been giving out Pfizer shots). Here's the article documenting this. And now they are changing it. They should get their vaccines and the right to administer them taken away.

I came here for a Covid-19 test at the drive thru pharmacy l as a second option near my home since my regular testing site is scheduled to the max capacity and it was difficult for me to get an appointment. I waited for over 25 minutes at drive-thru to wait for my turn (understandable since a lot of people are getting tested). When it was finally my turn approaching the drive thru window, I was asked for my photo ID. I was handed me small two plastic bags, one with the cotton swab and vial in a plastic bin without saying a word from her. She looked at me expecting me to know what to do. I had to say it's my first time getting tested at Walgreens. She was talking way too fast on giving me directions on the echoey intercom and I had to ask her to please slow down. When someone is getting a Covid test, they are not going to be in their best mood. I can tell from her facial expression she was staring at me like I was an moron.
I am asking the staff to have some patience from during this tough time.

The rudest people work here' you walk up to register no greeting You ask a question and get no response. Everybody that works there looks miserable. They all need a lesson in customer service.

Signed up and received confirmation for a drive thru COVID test for today. Abided by the instructions on the confirmation email and text. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled time. After handing over my ID and information, I was just nonchalantly told my appointment was "cancelled or something" as "people keep complaining because this keeps happening". Staff member gave me no explanation or sympathy, then finally suggested I just "find another day".
This is partly why we have 10 million+ cases in America. COVID testing must be efficient and readily available!
I have potential Covid symptoms and I was sent away after following the proper protocol 24 hours before.
Also, the service was what I would have expected from some employee at Dominos---not a pharmaceutical assistant.

Not sure what time the pharmacy closes at this location but at about 5:45 PM I was at the pharmacy at this Walgreens located on Hamilton and Winchester. I asked the man behind the plexy glass (very cute guy with a slick haircut and glasses, you were sweet thank you for your help!) for a flu shot, he began setting me up for one. It wasn't until another woman also working the pharmacy overheard another flu shot was ordered.. after hearing that news she shouted "NO MORE FLU SHOTS"!
So unprofessional! So rude! You were an Asian woman with longer dark hair. You were working the window with patients. Yeah YOU!
So in the end I walked out of Walgreens during a pandemic with no flu shot. :(

Walgreens is a multi billion dollar company that won't accept Medi-Cal, waited in line for 15 minutes to be told my insurance isn't accepted. Awful place.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! This store is a mess. Their pharmacy people SUCK. They are extremely rude and don’t even know what they are doing. It’s painful to speak with them, their attitudes are insanely poor and they are beyond idiots

During this virus Keep your distance I was able to call and have my meds. transferred here and pick up in drive thru. I had questions about my insurance payment and they were able to contact the doctor for me and clear up the problem. The drive thru was quick and safe.

This is officially the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The lines are usually not long by people count but the personnel reminds me of sloaths from Zootopia. It's insane how long it takes to serve a person in that line so I usually spend 20-30 minutes here even though there are two or three people in front of me. I'm writing this while waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes and there is only one car in front of me. There is no sign of light at the end of the tunnel

I love the photo department here. Customer service is great, especially Blanche. Always look for a code by the way. If you can't find one just pick the nearest holiday and try your luck, like LOVE50 for Valentine's Day or DAD50 for Father's Day or GREENPEE50 for St. Patrick's Day.

This Walgreen's has the best stocked cosmetic department around. No.7, Soap & Glory, Botanic, Your Good Skin, Vichy, LA Roche Posay. The make up wall especially has plenty of choices NYX, Physicians Formula plus all your drugstore basics. The fragrance choice is amazing, very high end stuff, and plenty of gift sets for Christmas. The staff is amazing as well. By far my favorite store!
