Pharmacist refused to give medication. First they stated that the Dr didn’t confirm and then that the main pharmacist had to also approve. Took 2 weeks to receive the medication, with over 3 calls to our dr. We had to move to cvs to get the prescription

Walgreens twice canceled our kids' COVID vaccine appointments right before their appointment. They have promised to call back to reschedule, but never do. Apparently, they have taken so many walk-in's that they do not have an enough vaccine for those who made appointments. Once can be excused. Twice is a pattern.

This review is for the pharmacy. I made an appointment for vaccines. I arrived early so I had to wait, which is fine. Then when my time rolled along, they still didn't take the person ahead of me, continued to wait as did the other person. Still no one. I finally got up and left. This place has the worst customer service. To top it off, the person behind the glass said "well we do other things here too, we don't just give shots so you need to wait". Um,then why do we need to make appointments? Will never return

My daughter was prescribed a spray for her lungs and the pharmacy sold us a spacer / chamber (even though we didn't really need it because the doctor already gave us one). I only realized this when I got home. The next day I tried to get a refund (it costed $28), but they wouldn't take it. When I checked the prescription order from the doctor, I don't see any explicit order for the spacer/ chamber, other than in the usage instructions. My guess is the staff/pharmacist concluded we also needed to purchase one from such instruction. Suggestions for everyone: Please check what they're trying to sell you to avoid purchasing stuff you don't really need. It kinda sucks they won't even allow a refund..The staff is friendly so that's a plus.

If I could go lower I would. This store has the worst customer service on the planet. ALL employees must hate their jobs and should just quit because it's so obvious they hate it. No one looks at you, no one wants to help, the store is dirty, when they do talk to you they treat you like an idiot, send you on wild goose chases or don't know what they are talking about. Why doesn't management do something or do they not even care? Totally giving walgreens a bad name, does anyone see your reviews? I originally went their out of necessity to pick up my daughter's prescription, waited in line and when I got to the front for them to help me, they took her name and info, looked in the computer then said they had to go to lunch so I would have to come back in 30 minutes. Really????? You've already waited on me and now you have to go to lunch? Wow. I am a business owner in Campbell myself and if I did that to my customers, I would NOT have any!! Finally received her prescription at 1 hour 10 minutes. I absolutely hate going in this store. San Tomas Aquino is better. Walgreens should just shut down this store, they are a disgrace to the Campbell Community!!!!!!!!!!! The pharmacy staff and man at the front of the store who does the cashier are ALL very rude and should be fired in my opinion. What the hell is the manager doing in this store, just collecting a paycheck?????

Horrible staff. They put u on hold before you can ever say a word and when it's been a long time and rings again for them to pick up they just pick up and reset the phone to keep you on hold until you finally lose ur patience. They treat you so poorly and never try to help you. I don't understand how the medical board allows a pharmacy like this to operate with such horrible staff

Extremely poor time management. Even after booking appointment in advance and showing up on-time, I still had to wait 30mins. The staff wouldn't communicate expected wait time. When I asked how much more time, they just say wait.

Cold season triggered a trip here after a stop in downtown Campbell. It was a quick in and out. Appreciate the cashier who had a cheerful demeanor and brought a smile to my face.

Gave them another chance last night, put in my prescription via text. Stopped by at 4:30pm tonight and the prescription still wasn't ready they told me to come back in a half an hour. I told them all they had to do was print out a label and get the eye drops in the refrigerator. Obviously they don't look at the text message prescriptions!! It doesn't take 24 hours to fill a prescription that requires someone to print out a label. So I went to CVS. CVS called Walgreens and change the prescriptions to their store and had prescription filled for me in 15 minutes. Walgreens pharmacy! is a joke

The staff here is always apologetic, but they are so understaffed that picking up a prescription is an hour long endeavor. There is usually one employee covering both drive-through and the inside window, and it is brutal. Do not recommend them for a pharmacy.

The one plus is that they have a pharmacy drive through! The downside, the lines are always long, whether it be walk in or drive through. I will give a few examples:* Walk in. Only three people in line, how nice! Except the person in front was doing a pick up for like 5 patients!!!! This meant each had their meds and insurance and co-pays, etc. After 8+ minutes and no end in sight, I split!* Prescriptions. Without fail they are almost always out of stock and everything needs to be ordered.* I received two texts reminding me about my meds. I go through the drive through (15+ mins), only to be told that had no gotten insurance approval????? I was like, you texted me two times, telling me to come get my meds and then you lay this crap on me??????? I did get a call and an apology, but it is not a one time thing.My prescription was finally ready and I went to get it at the drive through. First, I was asked my name (of course) then it was date of birth, she then disappeared for 5 mins. When she returned it was address, then it was last 4 of my phone number and finally she asked me for ID?????????? This place is absolutely insane!

Highly recommend to read people’s review before coming here… very slow process and unprofessional. I’ve been waiting over 40min past my appointment time to get vaccine shot. No one cares about you in the line and don’t ask your medical history. Don’t know what they are doing inside but even no one is waiting they don’t serve
