Took an appointment and went there for my toddlers flu shot. Filled the paperwork, no one was ahead of us. But it still took more than 20 mins to get the shot. Why bother with appointments if we anyway have to wait.

I don’t recommend making an appointment or picking up prescriptions here. Very disorganized and incredibly slow service. Can’t keep timely vaccine appointment’s so plan on spending time waiting. No one else here for an appointment, waiting 31 minutes so far. Very kind employees.

Least efficient pharmacy I've ever dealt with -- takes no accountability for their job. Told me I needed to call my doctor for refill requests and kicked us out of "auto renew" without notice on 7 different prescriptions (more than once!). Deeply regret transferring our prescriptions here 3 years ago. Also, takes 20 minutes waiting in pharmacy line each time you have to return for "backordered" prescriptions or missing refills.

One of my least favorite drug stores ever, anywhere. Always feels dirty and poorly maintained inside, pharmacy usually pretty slow for anything, often has shelves wiped out and needing stock, employees are aggressive and act like they don't care or want to be there. It sucks that the CVS katty-korner to this closed; I wish this Walgreens closed and that CVS stayed open. CVS is significantly better, both in general and in terms of the specific location that closed nearby. I've made the mistake of going to this Walgreens several times over the years and always regretted it. Never going back here again, I hope this store dries up and blows away.

Worst customer service. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone picked up. I introduced myself, the person hung up. Don't go to Walgreeens at that location. Worth less than a star.

This pharmacy is perpetually understaffed and has been for months. Expect to wait days for prescriptions to be filled - even urgent ones. Phone calls may or may not be answered but you won’t know until you wait at least 15 - 30 minutes. Drive thru closes frequently due to staffing issues. In person lines can be an hour or more. Meanwhile other local pharmacies fill prescriptions within 30 minutes. UPDATE: I filled a final, urgent prescription for my wife after leaving the original review because she wasn’t registered at CVS yet. I told the pharmacy tech at the register that I felt bad for him and all the staff because I was sure it was pretty miserable dealing with frustrated patients constantly. He agreed and then said, “We are currently 300 orders behind. And you know what the crazy thing is? We just had a new store manager arrive and cut our hours.” Clearly Walgreens has made the decision to maximize short term profits at the expense of their staff and customers. ??

Always short staffed. Always will not have something I need (antibiotics specifically). Every time I try to fill prescription there I have to go to another location. I am done with even trying - will just set CVS as my farmacy

I try to be patient. I know pharmacy staff are in a shortage. So when I submit my prescription and it takes extra long ok. But oh my God, how hard is it to hand.out pills to people. Look it up in the computer, ask my address, hand me the pills. You have 3 people back there. If you just had one person doing this full time there should never be a line. But instead I sit in line for 10 minutes and eventually just leave without my medication.Maybe you can't do it all anymore. If so cancel the vaccinations, cancel the blood pressure test, cancel all the special services. Just give people their pills.

PHARMACY - The pharmacy was suppose to have all of my prescriptions from Lucky once their pharmacy closed. But, when it came time to refill them they had no idea what to do and denied that they even had some of them. Not knowing what prescription they had because they were so clueless I requested my refill with all of the doctors involved and moved them all them to another pharmacy that hopefully will do better. A long process, though. My last visit they said they only had one for me and just stood there. With a glare in her eyes she did not ask to look up my name or anything. After that, I walked away and left the store for the last time.
