I had a really great shopping experience here. I came in for a specific item that was out of stock but ended up getting something else. The staff was helpful and attentive. I often shop the Cabazon and Palm Desert location but love that this is close to home with Camarillo no longer open. I've never had a bad shopping experience at any of these stores and I'm not super rich or overly dressed when I come in to purchase or browse. The sales associates at all locations have given above satisfactory service and ive alwaysleft happier than I went in. Thanks Gucci.

I had a wonderful experience at this Gucci location. It was short and pleasant like how I wanted it. I was helped by the very polite consultant Laura. She made this experience easy, sweet, and short. She helped me with exactly what I needed and made it a wonderful first experience. I had read other negative reviews about this location, so I was worried at first, however right from the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted nicely and had a positive experience from the start. I will be returning in the future. Thank you, Laura!

First time experience at the Topanga Gucci store and our sales person Abdul made it amazing! He had a lot of insight on the products I was viewing. Provided great recommendations and ultimately made my mom’s experience for her handbag amazing! Extremely patient and attentive! Can’t wait to come back !

They were about to close but allowed me to do some last minute shopping. The employees were really helpful and I did not feel rushed even though it was closing time. Really good service.

Not my first time here but definitely my last time. At first I thought it was just LV at Topanga mall with bad customer service, so we went over to this Gucci, but I think it is just this whole mall. Gucci wasn't any better. They have a great selection of items, bags, shoes and some ready to wear items but who wants to spend thousands of dollars with rude people. I guess I will just go to Beverly Hills or wait until I go back up north. I read reviews after my visit and then thought yes they are definitely right. Is it just a day? Is it due to race? age? Gender? I went in to pick up an item that we asked to have mailed to our home address, then while there I asked to have holes added to my Gucci belt due to weight loss. Customer service stops after handing over method of payment Strike 3.

If I could leave no stars, I would. My mom - 65 year old woman, simply went in because she wanted to know if they had a specific bag in stock. One of the employees - very tall, little hair/bald was "helping" her. He simply was rude to her, had no patience, and was no help - and this is me watching from outside the store - his facial expressions made it so obvious that my mom was being a bother to him. And once my mom was leaving the store, HE LITERALLY MADE FACES BEHIND HER BACK. I saw it all!! He was also making faces at the security as my mom was leaving. How fucking rude! Whoever this person is, needs to get a reality check. Just because you work at Gucci doesn't mean you get to treat elderly people like shit. Save your money and time and go to another Gucci store. Maybe even one not in LA so you can save some coin. Luckily my mom bought the purse she wanted at the Gucci in Hawaii - where her experience was much more pleasant. Hope someone from management sees this and does something about it. I couldn't believe my eyes.

The worst shopping experience of my life
My wife bought a bag and a pair of shoes on December 12th from gucci camarillo outlet, and after she wore the shoes and it bothered her feet and she was not comfortable with them, two days later I went to return them and after standing in the line for two hours, I entered the store. and they told me i should talk with employee named Nadia, who has not arrived yet and will come in two hours, and an appointment with Nadia was set at 1 o'clock.
After I waited two hours at the door for Nadia and she came, they told me that I have to stand in the line again and after waiting for an hour I entered the shop at 1 o'clock and at the same time Nadia left the shop and they told me that she had an another appointment and left and we can't do anything for you.
The sellers were very rude and I was very disappointed.
My last shopping experience was from the Gucci brand and I really do not recommend anyone to buy from this store.

Me & my boyfriend came in to buy his Christmas gift because I didn't know his ring size. Cole was so kind and helpful throughout our whole experience in the store! His service was amazing and the value of the ring was perfect. Thank you so much Cole! We'll come back for you again :)
