No, thanks. On December 18 2024 at 3:40 PM I walked in to buy my wife a gift card. I stood by the register and waited, and one of the young guys said, "be right with you". So I waited and waited and waited and I kept waiting. As a third employee arrived so did another customer. So the third employee rushed to clock in, put on her brush apron and immediately began helping this new customer. Mind you I was still standing near the cash register where the employee clocked in. My gazes went ignored. It was almost like I was invisible. Once I realized I was being ignored, and the employee helped the female customer I gave up and I walked out. Not one bit of this is acceptable. Screw you.

Big shoutout to MAC for having such an amazing employee like Daniel at the Topanga Store. He's always pleasant, patient, and cheerful; even when the store is packed and everyone's asking him a million questions. No matter how busy it gets, Daniel handles it all with a smile and such a gracious attitude. He's my go-to whenever I'm at the mall! Even if I don't really need anything, I love stopping by because Daniel makes the whole experience so enjoyable. He has this incredible way of helping me feel confident and beautiful every time I try something new. My MAC collection is money well spent. It made me discover my uplifting love to mix and match colors. Honestly, he's a gem, MAC is lucky to have him.

I went in yesterday to shop for some items, and I primarily went in because their was a signage stating "30% off store wide" I proceeded to shop, I grabbed some items. As I went to check out I confirmed with the cashier "it's 30% off correct" she then answered "No actually it's just those items other there *pointed at a small section in the corner* I was taken aback because the purpose of the signage is to catch your attention and pull you in to the store. I was very upset about this despite the sign saying at the very bottom "exclusions apply" the 'EXCLUSIONS' was the ENTIRE STORE. It's ridiculous. I called the customer service line and expressed my frustration and all they said was " we can't do anything about it, it's a policy and they handle it internally" which truthfully means that nothing will get done. So I will be returning my products today, and will no longer be shopping with MAC. There priority is to trick their consumers than to be honest and correct a mistake that they make. I will take my business where I'm cared for and my concerns matter Aka SEPHORA.

I don't normally write reviews of retails shops but I had a very amazing experience when I popped in for a quick item! I was warmly greeted by the manager of the store! He was super friendly and welcoming to the store! He was quick to help me and meet my needs! I appreciate his knowledge and attention to details. Great to see a long term dedicated employee!

Was in the store an hour ago today. Danny M was the salesperson. I got an eye liner and mascara. The eye liner is cheaper than the mascara for context. Yet, I come home and I see he charged me for 2 mascaras (the more expensive ones). Next time, instead of talking so much and trying to sell more products, just charge me correctly for what I'm buying. The whole point of shopping during the sale was for me to save money, not lose money on things I didn't buy.

I cannot believe the outstanding customer service I got today!! I work in Hollywood. I also used to work for it cosmetics and let me tell you. This is the best customer service in make up. I've got an eight years and I appreciate you Danny diamond! I will be coming back to this location because of you and you alone thank you for spending your time with me so I could spend my money where it's deserved thank you!!! if you need any help request, Danny diamond I would call before I come to the store. I am a make up artist myself, so this means a lot to me.!!

So I went to see family xmas week in california and my cousin and I went to the mall she needed some things from Mac and omg I had such an amazing experience the young and beautiful lady that helped us was amazing so sweet if I could give her 100 stars I would she was so much fun she had awesome energy I felt like she was one of my girlfriends she was so helpful I would definitely recommend her to anyone who need color matching or just needs anything from Mac to visit her her name is Velinda you don't know much I appreciated her

Came in here and wasn't really looking to buy anything because I wanted to look at the latest things. Danny! Was so wonderful assisting me! Helped me with the new lip gloss famous on TikTok! Also pointed out the 50% off for the holiday specials and went ahead and purchased it for the hell of it! PS. His make up was beeeeeeeeat to death hunty! Yassssssss! Looooves it! Thank you Danny for making my experience so amazing!

Customer service is wonderful! The manager, Sloane, assisted me with a return! She went above and beyond to contact extra support to assist me! She was kind throughout our interaction, communicated well, and was persistent in finding a solution to the challenge we had in processing the retun (it was a technical challenge and not a reflection on the store or company)! She did not stop to help me! Sloane is really a person of service and maintained a great attitude from start to finish!

Terrible customer service. I walked into the store and nobody even bothered to say hello to me. I went up to one of the employees to ask a question, and she ignored me and helped another customer instead. She was short with long black hair. Do not recommend. I never go into MAC stores, I thought I might try today---definitely regret it.

Please note that this is being written by my 10-year-old child... As soon as I walked in and I asked if I could get the same thing, and I was holding an old makeup thing, and she said yes I got you." Then she just immediately got it. She was so nice.

Don’t go to this location, the employees think they can profile people, the man helped me with an attitude and made me feel like I couldn’t afford my makeup up, this is so upsetting, he didn’t even look professional
