OVERCHARGED US ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
We rented a mattress for 30 days in March. We were quoted $200 they charged our card $1000 and we are still trying to get our money back in August.
ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPPTABBLE
They keep claiming "corporate" cannot refund that high of amount. IT'S MY MONEY! They need to figure it out.

I was approved to rent and ordered furniture online about 3 weeks ago and was never contacted. I called the store several times and was told someone would contact me but nothing. You all should have training on customer service.

They broke my main sprinkler system. Tried calling them and they refer me to corporate and they don't answer the phone. Horrible customer service. The manager Ivan was zero help at all. And we still don't have the sprinkler fixed.
