the employees at this location (not including pharmacy staff) are probably the rudest and most unhelpful i've come across in Santa Cruz. and not just to me i've seen them treat pretty much every shopper poorly. i've not had any issues with the pharmacy, so 2 stars.

There was a good deal on canvas prints so I figured why not try printing out some of my own shots to hang around the house. The prints came out beautiful!! So nicely done, love them. Didn’t expect them to look so nice on the canvas print.

Just out a track can out here like cmon looks so ghetto and unsanitary. I’m surprised CVS doesn’t get a code violation.
It’s clearly a spot people gather or rest and obvious dump trash from McDonald’s.

Listen to the reviews. This location sucks big time. I go out of my way to go to the one on front street (and I live down the street from this one) because they’re so much better there with online orders. Amazing how there’s so many brains that work here yet not one brain cell among the whole team. Common now it’s not hard to just do your job, but apparently these must be the same folk who sat on that fat unemployment check when Covid came around and it shows. Yikes. Avoid. And if you do decide to shop here, you’ll get the first hand experience with that whole parking lot and the characters that wonder around in the lot trying to perv on ya, scam ya, or straight up just sleeping here. Like the amount of people who camp out in this parking lot long term is amazing. Capitola should do better. Didn’t realize this parking lot became a lot for homeless to sleep in their cars at. Regularly.

Now you can’t even speak to the pharmacy, you have to leave a voicemail and it takes FIVE MINUTES just to get to the point where you can leave the message in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be using their pharmacy services again.
