Food is excellent... Many workers think they are in High School, ignoring some clients, schmoozing & chatting w others.Random enforcement of shoes/shirt rules, time you can stay, etc. Not efficient nor timely at asking how your food is, wd you like other dishes, etc.Vegetarian options: Many excellent beans, rice, fresh vegetables; good sauces.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in via the sidewalk; no incline.

We had the nachos which we're very good. Lots of toppings and fresh. Chicken was a little dry though. The chips are fresh and salsa is delicious. We also had the chicken soup which was light with a clear broth. I recommend all of the above. Nice indoor outdoor window bar too. A quieter atmosphere than on the main drag which I preferred.Food: 5/5

Excellent service! They have chips and salsa and they kept filling it up which was nice because myself along with my husband and brother were so hungry. The food was great and filling and the service was awesome. We loved it and will come back

We went there on Mother's Day and found it almost deserted. Even with lack of crowd, the food came to us lukewarm. The chicken mole was OK, but could use a lot more flavor. The black beans tasted straight out of a can. Bland rice. Tamale was mostly masa, little filling. Can't recommend this place.

Some of the servers seemed overworked or not happy we were there, food was good , bar beverages tasted of soap on the glasses, no Queso dip, indoors was as cold as outdoors? Both doors open and never felt any heat. It was a bar as apposed to a Mexican restaurant, my bad.

I need to come back and try the drinks and tequila. I've been here twice so far fory lunch break. I tried the shredded beef enchiladas and then the second time the carne asada burrito. Both were better than expected, and super quick service!I don't usually eat chips at restaurants but my coworker and I both thought that the chips and especially the salsa were really good. Definitely going to come back and try something new next time and hopefully drinks soon.

Fun tequila bar a couple blocks from the beach. Stopped in for a tequila or two on the the way to dinner. Sat at the outdoor bar and got some terrific service from a gal who knows her stuff.Will try dinner there next time, looks pretty good!

I asked about a dish and they happened to be out of it, so they made me a combination of that dish and my second choice. It was fantastic.

This not-so-hidden gem is right in the middle of Carlsbad with several bars and cafes near by. Although I didn't eat here, the cocktails were delicious and the staff were super friendly. Sami was a great server, and I'd go back just for her!

The staff is so great here. We come for the margaritas and the food is great as well. Love Carlsbad and love this spot!
