"Exercise caution when using the ATM outside as it failed to process my $200 cash deposit without providing a receipt. Despite confirming the transaction, my account balance remained unchanged. Unfortunately, the bank branch was closed at the time, preventing immediate resolution. Thankfully, with evidence from previous transactions, I contacted customer service who are currently investigating the issue. Proceed with caution when using this ATM to avoid similar incidents."

Being a business ownerit literally takes less than 2 minutes to change the hours or to mark temporarily closed. I just drove a considerable amount of distance to get to the bank only to find that the bank is closed and it looks like it's been closed for a while because of a water leak. I understand things happen but it literally takes 2 minutes to change your website to say closed. I searched for the nearest Chase and it said it was open and busier than usual obviously this was a lie.

Had this account many years never had any issues, teller deposited check from government system said it'll be available next day now looks like the manger had taken the money and the customer service refusing to fix it. Chase is sus and stealing money be careful wish we'd use our Schwab, I have to make full police report and go through an attorney for money stolen. No one at customer service seems to care, or have the brain to think or help. They think your money is their money and willing to steal it,

I was helped by the lovely staff at Poinsettia village the other day. The tellers were all very kind and welcoming and as well were the bankers. I was introduced to the Branch manager Jessica and had an overall great experience!

Poor leadership by manager Jessica M. Not friendly, unwelcoming, poor attitudes. All employees park directly in front of the branch and take up all of the parking spots. They just don’t care. Will use other branches where they have a smile on their face.

I’m going to take my business and money elsewhere where I am appreciated. I have never had a banker treat me with such hostility as Jessica Martinez has at this branch.

Unfortunately the manager Jessica was too incompetent to help me so I had to go to the La costa branch where the issue was corrected without issue.

This branch is pathetic. They don’t answer the phone, when they do they tell you to come into the branch to get information about their services!???When you can get the information you need they promise to call back with the information which never happens. How can you do bussines like this?Really, really bad service. At my other bank (not a chase bank) this would never happen.

I needed a document notarized on July 6th, 2021. I called the Chase Bank Located in: Poinsettia Village in Carlsbad, California to see if they had a notary on their staff. The lady who answered the phone said yes, but he wasn't available until 4pm. I showed up at the bank at 4:03 and was told that the notary had a 4pm appointment. I saw who the teller called to ask about the notary work, so I walked over to Archie Alvarado's desk and asked him if he could notarize my document, since he did not have a client with him. He said no, he would not notarize since he had an appointment. He said there was UPS Store that I could use.I went to the UPS store paid $15 and got my document notarized. Went back to the Chase bank and Archie still did not have a client, with him. I asked if he could do it then, and he still said no. I told Archie he was a liar, he did not have a 4pm appointment and could have provided the service, but he is to lazy to do a simple 5-minute job. If he will lie about a simple appointment to avoid work, do you really want him to be your private banker? I would highly recommend the bank manager of this Chase start paying attention to Archie’s inability or willingness to do his job. This is the kind of customer service that I don’t expect from a professional organization that deals with customers all day long. This is also the kind of customer service that will cause their customers to start using the multiple different online banking options that are now available. I recommend that if you are a customer at this branch you reconsider your banking options. Chase can close this branch and you won’t notice it, but maybe it will help put Archie on to a different career path.

Bad Chase! It xx is a major reason that fossil fuel companies keep drilling. We need to keep oil in the ground! Chase can afford to end these investments and invest instead in clean energy and a better future for our children. Chase: Get rid of the dirty fuels in your portfolio! #DigitalChaseTakeover #TakeoverChase
