The people working here are always very nice and helpful. My only reasonfor not giving 5 stars is that our cats' wet food is not carried here, nor is there a small bag of their dry food.

I brought my two young boys into the store, and they were excited to each pick out a treat and a toy for our new puppy. Naturally, as they looked at the toys, they squeezed a few to hear what they sounded like.
After a couple of squeaks, a young employee came over and told us there was a rule that “only dogs are supposed to squeeze the toys and humans aren’t allowed.” My boys thought they were in trouble, which prompted the employee to quickly add that they weren’t, but that the noise gave her a headache.
Seriously? In a pet store, where dog toys are sold and tested because of their noise, customers are expected not to squeeze them because it bothers an employee? This felt less like store policy and more like personal preference being pushed on paying customers. Nowhere is such a rule posted, and the interaction completely took the fun out of what should have been a happy experience for my kids.
Disappointing and unnecessary. I’ll be looking for a better place to shop for our pet supplies.

I went to buy wild bird feed but found about 6 items total. Needless to say I was very disappointed after driving 10 miles out of my way. This store is 99% dedicated to cats and dogs. No reptiles,birds, etc, too bad. Not the typical full service Petco

If you shop here they will bombard you with feedback emails until you respond. Worth avoiding.

Karitsa was amazingly helpful and fantastic customer service. They have my loyalty for all my pet needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My dogs even loved her!!!
