My bank would not do a notary for a POA, and they referred me to a UPS, i had no idea UPS did that.The process was quick and easy and had a small fee with a free copy at the end.Great customer service ?

I went in here to ship my laptop and monitor back to my employer. Two days later it was bugging me about how much that cost. I looked at my receipt and saw that this place charged me $23.69 for a box. When I went back to question the manager about the charge he stood by it and told me boxes are expensive. Ridiculous. Go get a free box anywhere else.

I take full advantage of Amazon returns and treat it like a dressing room so being only 2 streets over, the staff here unfortunately gets to deal with me often. I often show up last minute and unprepared when I actually do need to ship something out and yet I've always felt completely welcome. Staff has gone out of their way to help with measurements and boxes, answer all my stupid questions and kept on smiling as I try to remember what QR code goes to what while holding my dog. Most places I frequent can't keep employees and the ones that do, oddly dont want to work. It speaks volumes about the owner/ management to see a genuine competent hard working staff. You guys help my world keep moving! ❤️ ? ? see you guys soon ! Haha ??

Darren and his staff are amazing. I needed ny resume printed and this was the place to get it done with ease. They had different paper types depending on how you like your thickness of paper and colors. I emailed the store from my phone and Darren printed my resume seconds later. Was in and out in 4 minutes. Thanks again!!

Extremely rude. 3 people in line, ALL wearing masks. All employees maskless. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the manager, and asked that she put one on, she told me NO, and that "she didn't have one. WTF? California has a mask mandate in effect.
