“I’m a huge fan of Todd Fisher, the famous chef who competed in Hell’s kitchen. He’s one of the top chefs in Monterey area so when I saw his commercial on Instagram about a brisket sandwich, I had to have it. The brisket is cooked for 18 hours and it was soft and delicious, very well seasoned perfectly balanced. While there we also noticed a beef ribs that is slow cooked. It was served with some homemade pickles and a side of barbecue sauce which also appeared to be homemade. The food was excellent, but the service was a bit slow and the cashier who was delivering the food to our tablewould only bring one fork and knife so I had to go ask for another overall experiences. Excellent I highly recommend this place.”
