In-Shape always smells nice and is very clean. The best part of this gym is the staff. They are always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I go to the gym and check in, I enjoy chatting with the staff, especially Raina. She was working on the very first day I went to this gym and has remembered my name ever since.

Went to look at the two gyms in Carmichael. Reasonable joining fees, knowledgeable staff, and they both have steamrooms and pools. Well equipped for most people's needs. Seniors discounts offered for those thinking of joining a gym.

Smaller and older than the Citrus Heights gym, but still has all the amenities. I love the heated saltwater pool & jacuzzi. There's both a steamy and a dry sauna. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that Family Fitness is too expensive. There is a sign-up fee, a monthly fee, and an annual fee.

The gym is ok. In fact I will change ratings back to 5 stars when something is done about this.They are requiring their staff to finish cleaning/tidying up before a certain time and that really upsets people who come for sauna/steam rooms at the end of their day.They turn off sauna way earlier than closing time. It became frequent and we were even asked to step out (around 8 pm) for cleaning.Please let us use amenities we pay for the time you advertise for. Pay a little overtime to somebody but don’t kill the joy for your members. This gym used to be open until 11…

Be much better if signs were posted to remind people( classes in the pool )Do not pee in the pool or jacuzzi, your a adult, act like.Please and thank you.

This gym is okay. The pool area needs a lot of repairs. Concrete is crumbling. Tile needs to be re-grouted and locker room needs to be updated and repaired.

In general, the fitness room is not bad enough. I go swimming and love the sauna. I recommend this club to friends, but it is very slippery in these places. please put rubber mats to prevent unpleasant situations. I personally fell due to the slippery floor and had to go to an ambulance. otherwise I'm satisfied
