This place is not good doesn’t have a spot free water. I did a car wash and my car is like freaking all in white spots is straight up the cheapest quality shit you can ever get. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere. I was very disappointed in this place is just Disgusting.

Absolutely the worst self-service car wash I’ve ever used.
Ridiculously overpriced and nothing is maintained. The soap brush was completely broken and leaking everywhere—totally useless. I ended up wasting my money. Tried calling customer service several times and no one ever answered. Total scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

I find it very convenient to use this car wash, and I really enjoy washing my car myself. However, I’ve been coming here for many years, and it’s getting dirtier and dirtier. Please clean it better, use water properly, and consider closing it at night to prevent homeless people from leaving trash there. Do something to improve the place, because many people want to wash their cars themselves, but in Sacramento, such car washes are turning into dumps with dirt and poor-quality brushes.
Please take action to improve it.

I lost $7.00 at this car wash, left my name and phone number, never got a return call 2 months ago. The sprayer was not working so I used another bey, so I spent $5.00 more.
