BE FORWARNED:
I came to change the oil, and that included additional warranty repair work. Upon driving off, 1 immediately called management at this facility after noticing severe damage to my window tint (scraped with razor blade to apply sticker). Per their request, they asked I forward them a photo of the damage. After discussing it with them, I told them that it would cost me approximately 450.00 to replace it. "You're putting me in a bind. We will offer you a couple of oil changes." I told them that I would consider it if the tint shop could patch it up to me satisfaction.
I texted them multiple times over the past two weeks, and they were extremely slow with their replies - even for warranty work! I strongly suggest you find a facility that actually puts the customer at the forefront of their business.
Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people who clearly don't look out for your best interests.

I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!

Our bus lost power driving down the highway, Velocity truck center just around the corner refused to even look at it even though it was a Freightliner. These guys got us in, ran a smoke test, determined our intake manifold was busted and saved us so much time without overcharging us. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone having issues with their rig in the LA area.

This business doesn't deserve 1 star. They have been stealing money from @daydrinkerstruck for over a year. They say they fix something and then a couple of months later something else breaks or the same thing goes out after they claim they replaced it. Recently they "claimed" to have replaced the engine for $10,000. 2 months later the truck almost caught on fire because they failed to tighten a seal. They fixed the issue and later that day the gears stopped shifting...did i mention they "repaired" the transmission also... These guys are rip offs. Next step is reports to BBB and my attorney.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR, TRUCKS, ETC TO GET WORK DONE. My husband has a food truck that he bought from a previous owner who used to bring the truck to get work done here so we continued to bring it back to a place that already new the in's and out's of the truck.. or so we thought. We've paid out a total of about $15,000 to this shitty a** place for them to only use USED parts and claim that they're "NEW" parts.. we got the transmission, starter, and BRAND NEW engine.. or so WE THOUGHT. Every time work was done we would literally be back in 2-3 months worth of time because something always went wrong with the parts they already "FIXED". My husband was out of work ALL SUMMER because Ricardo claimed the parts were backed up "because of covid" lol. After all of summer we get the truck back and literally no more than a month later we're right back there because his truck just completely stopped this happened about 2x. Finally after about three months of smooth sailing with the truck we encountered ourselves in a situation yesterday. my husband was on his way to an event and his truck damn near CAUGHT ON FIRE because they didn't seal some things tight when working on the engine and it caused oil to leak. My husband couldn't breath or see anything in front of him while driving the firefighters had to come out.. we paid $500 for a tow and Ricardo refuses to refund us the tow amount even though his employee Antonio admitted this was THEIR fault when they last worked on the engine. Also, when my husband finally got a hold of Ricardo today and explained the situation Ricardo carelessly responded saying "oh nothing was going to catch on fire relax" what kind of customer service is that?? My husband uses an inhaler on a daily basis but since yesterday his breathing has been very bad..Ricardo will be hearing from our lawyers. Not only is Ricardo's customer service awful, his receptionist LAURA IS RUDE AS HELL. Back in the summer when they wouldn't give my husband a response as to when his truck would be ready, I called out of frustration and tried to get answers and one of the receptionist HUNG UP IN MY FACE MID SENTENCE! when I called back, I said is this who hung up on me just now and she responds saying "yes this is the woman who hung up on you" lol this entire business is a joke. I could go on about how shitty this place is but at that point I'll probably get disrespectful and that's not who I am. Just pay attention all their 13 reviews are from 2 years ago.. save yourself your time and money and take your car elsewhere.
