Good service but so expensive to do anything here. $2.75 for them to print off one page (.60 cents each after). $15 per notarized signature that takes like 2 mins and very minimal work

Usually have no problems dropping off Amazon returns, but today Tony wanted me to pay $20 for a shipping box when Amazon states that there are no shipping charges. Keep in mind, the items were already in their own shipping boxes. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Tony tried to sell me a cardboard box for $20. Or I had the option to pay $7 to tape the two boxes together. The manager Andrew did nothing to help me, he just kept working. I asked for the district number so I can file a complaint and never received the number. Your job is to help clients, not force us to spend unnecessary money. Never coming back here again.
