Came here 1/27/24 for an oil change and Hakeem was amazing! Extremely friendly, professional, polite and thorough. Thank you Hakeem & his crew too! JIFFY LUBE- Get this man a shirt with his name spelt correctly- come on do better.

Everyone I met was very professional and knowledgeable and very friendly.I went to the jiffy lube on Ramon, I could have gone somewhere else to get my oil change but I chose jiffy lube because of their good reputation. I was very satisfied with the professional staff that was there, two technicians came at the same time to help me, I felt very special and the price was right too. So if anyone needs an oil change,brakes checked or have any questions, go to the jiffy lube on Ramon they will take good care of you, or any jiffy lube for that matter.HAPPY HOLIDAYS JIFFY LUBE

Just had the best experience at this jiffy Lube on Ramon Road. The staff is super friendly and nice, even after I explained some boneheaded things I’ve done to my car. Very professional and helpful in explaining what they did and why. Prices are reasonable. I was very impressed. Sal was a superstar. I will be back! Thanks. As the owner and manager of many rental cars, I find myself at the Jiffy Lube off Ramon quite often. Every time I’ve walked in, I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing solely personable and professional interactions, especially with Jason. I mentioned to the gentleman that approached my car that I had an advisory light go on, on my BMW 320i. It stated that I needed new brake fluid. He said that my brake fluid needed to be flushed and it would take about 20 minutes since there was one ahead of me. I sat in the waiting room watching people come and go and even went out to ask about my car after over 1 hour and saw a female that was under my car but just gazing into the distance and not doing anything. I finally got out of there over 1 hour and 45 minutes later. When I was paying, I asked about why it took so long the person at the desk told me that he didn't know and I could ask "her" why. I guess he was referring to the female that was working on my car? That is not my place to walk into the garage and start confronting people. I was very surprised by his comment. Anyway, it was a bad experience and I would not return and recommend to anyone else to not use this establishment.

the best jiffy lube in the valley!! genuinely!!! the staff is so nice & welcoming and NOT condescending!!! as a woman i Really appreciate that. eddie stood out, was very helpful. service was fast and affordable. i will definitely go here from now on!!
