I’ve been going here for years because they are consistently great at what they do. The nail technicians are always kind, friendly and professional. The salon, the chairs and the tools they use are always clean; I highly recommend them!!!

UPDATE REPLYING TO OWNER: yes I picked that color but after seeing the color on my nails (prior to the UV light going over my feet) I told them I DID NOT LIKE IT AND IT WAS NOT THE COLOR I WANTED I was turned away by your techs by them continuously saying "IT WILL DARKER" which implied I needed to wait. Either way it is not fair for a costumer too feel like they are to blame when I spoke up multiple times and now the manager and owner is saying I needed to say something sooner EVEN THOUGH I DID. Overall horrible experience will never go there again because of how UNCOMFORTABLE THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL. And SHAMING ME. Ps. With the color named queen of hearts it should be red not NEON ORANGE. I have been to several nail salons if the color doesn't come out as I think I always speak up and usually the tech takes my answer as the final answer and provide me great costumer service. THIS PLACE WILL NOT DO THAT. $76 to be shamed is basically what I payed for.

***UPDATE AFTER REPLY*** They are lying because they did not ask a second time... lol. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. And after changing her nail color, they made a comment saying "girl you're changing your mind AGAIN?" When nothing was changed. She just expressed openly she did not like the color. This place is a joke and so is the manager. Went in with my friend to get mani pedis. She always gets a cherry red every time. They started putting the color on and she told them it was too neon orangey and they told her it would darken with coats. After the pedicure was done she expressed how that's not the color she wanted. They didn't care. She asked if she could get a discount as now her toes looked like mini highlighters. The manager told her she should've told them when she saw the first coat. SHE DID. TWICE. He said it doesn't matter and he only gave her $3 off the service. She had to pay $50 for neon highlighter toes when she TOLD them the color is not what it seemed on the color selections. Manger was extremely rude and nail techs couldn't care less when she was telling them it was the wrong color!!! Believe the reviews and don't come here!!!!

The best nail salon in the Coachella valley. Every staff member is so friendly and talented. My girlfriend and I come here frequently and we love the service. It’s always so clean and we feel so welcomed by the familiar smiling faces!

This place was nice and clean and my pedicure guy was very very nice. But I am soooo disappointed with my polish job. After 2+ hours I put regular shoes on to run errands, and my nails got all messed up. I went back for them to fix it, and he was very nice about it and accommodating. He used a light the second time as well as fast polish drier. Both of which weren’t used the first time. Hoooowever, I just put my shoes back on again, after about 4 hours from the time I got them fixed, and they got messed up AGAIN. I don’t know what polish you use (not gel) but please get better product. This is irritating and I’m not going back to get them fixed a 3rd time.

I was a patron of 111 nails for almost 2 years. When I find a place I like, I rarely deviate. Normally received gel nails. One time I received the dipped and it was a disaster. My nails were getting weak, so I decided to give them a rest. They removed my gel, but not entirely. Now I know why. The nails were essentially ruined. It's taken three months to grow out. At the same time, I had my toenail polish removed. My fault I guess, since I was getting my nails done every 2 weeks, I didn't pay too much attention to them. All. My nails had some sort of fungus. Minimal to extreme. It's been over 3 months, using fungi nail twice a day, as my doctor suggested, I kept the nails short and filed the top down every day. I just received lamacil from my doctor. The pharmacist said to come back if I started to turn yellow. Apparently it is very, very harmful.

The nail tech I got was man handling me, and I wouldn't mine if he was doing a good job. Unfortunately I ran out of patience on correcting his work. And tech had to help, and let's just say. This will be my last time here. The whole vibe was off, like if we weren't welcomed. Even though we made an appointment. Hopefully they do a good job on the next customer.

They recommended I have acrylic put on my nails first, then dip or gel, because my real nails were getting burned up with their grinder. It worked.

Horrible service I went and they told me a 15 minute wait ..came back still had me wait then told me to sit by the person that would do my nails and that person got up and proceeded to do a pedicure. Horrible never again will I go..and all I wanted was one nail fix. Negative one star

Always kind and hard-working, clean restroom. They do an excellent job on my nails and I commute from Desert Hot Springs to go to this salon it is the best salon out here in the desert. I highly recommend them.
