I'm currently in the process of getting screwed by these guys, who apparently hire some dudes to load your stuff in a truck, then drive off and park the truck and wait around for a driver to come along. Then when the driver comes along he drives a POS that breaks down after a few hundred miles. Then they try to hire some other guys to offload your stuff (I guess, but my stuff isn't here yet). There is no accountability, everything that goes wrong is someone else's fault, and nobody can do anything about it. You basically have your stuff held hostage until they are good and ready to deliver it. I'll report back whenever I receive my stuff, specifically how delayed it was in the end and the condition of my belongings.

I highly recommend Mayflower. I am a repeat customer and have had two good experiences with them. Everyone took really good care of our things. They have a great system for tracking your belongings and a system for checking to make sure you got all of your belongings once you arrive at your destination. The process was smooth and easy. They have lots of options for moving. I used their packing and moving service the first time and the second time I packed everything and they moved it. The price they quote you is guaranteed and if your load comes in on the scales below the pounds they quote you they will refund you the difference you paid. I would use them again if needed.
