What the heck is wrong with this locations stupid drive thru ATM…again? Three out of 4 times I went it wasn’t working. Hey Branch Manager, don’t know how to keep an ATM functional? Do you really deserve that job title then?

This is my local bank and I am glad to say they are helpful and pretty quick. I am always greeted with a smile. Teller's are knowledgeable and so far they have been able to answer all my questions and needs.

The manager JOAN said they have 10 to 4 and close on Sat because of traffic reasons while the other branches are 9 to 5. The reason of traffic in Cerritos is unacceptable because there is NO TRAFFIC in Cerritos. This branch in Cerritos by Artesia and Norwalk Blvd is the WORST BRANCH, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
