Have been banking with chase for 10+ years. They refused to print my bank statements for me. I found this ridiculous because it was not busy and they just didn't want to. I've been to other branches and they were happy to help. Seemed like the employees just didn't want to be bothered. Terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers here

I went there to request a cashiers check for an auto purchase. Elizabeth was the teller who assisted me. Her demeanor and professionalism exhibited standout qualities. She revealed to me that we shared similar experiences in what I was doing and our shared life experiences, though we’re a couple of generations apart.She was engaging and, while I waited for approval, she used her bilingual skills to assist another gentleman, though he wasn’t a Chase account holder.Overall, if I resided near this area I’d carry out my face to face transactions with her and the other staff here. I haven’t had an interaction as enjoyable as I had with Elizabeth. I never leave reviews, but this experience compelled me to do so in this case.Thank you Elizabeth and JP Morgan Chase in Cerritos.Cordially, Ronald Roberts

Absolute worst Chase bank I have gone to, went to go open an account for my son, was sitting on the chairs waiting since all bankers were busy at that time, no acknowledgment from anyone asking if we needed help, one banker finished with his client goes to the tellers to deposit the customer, money says thank you to his customer and than has a 20 min conversation with another customer along the while staring at me the whole time, another banker comes out and assist us and tells us that we didn't have the proper identification and if we can reschedule, I go ahead and reschedule, but go ahead and make my way to another branch, where they helped us in a timely manner.

The same comments same politics same rights but only on favor to the bank course like always you don't have a count they really happy with the customer asking hooo do you want to open account but what happens when you get in trouble like someone stealing your identity or a fraud hooo I need the police report to aloud to investigate the case. Ridiculous

I was cashing a check and arriving at 4:45pm right before they were ready to close. I usually feel safer to cash in person since it is a fairly large sum.The eastern Indian staff approached me and instructed me to use the ATM, which I did and it was done in less than a minute without continuing waiting.She also out of professional courtesy asked me anything else she could do for me. She knew one of my mailed checks was washed and she immediately suggested me reopen a new one and close the old one just in case.I was quite surprised because where I reported the washed check, the brach banker did not say anything about this and he was quite slow and relaxed in handling anything. In fact, I was not sure he knew how to do this.The branch is good. It is small, but people are nice and professional enough. My 2-time experiences are both good.Keep up the good work!

I definitely prefer this branch. It's on the smaller size, but I actually like that as it's rarely overcrowded and the inside is clean and neat. Whenever I'm here I usually don't have to wait long to see a teller and there is rarely a wait for the ATMs. The tellers I've interacted with have been friendly and knowledgeable. One even waived the fee for the cashier's check when I had a bit of a wait. Great customer service! Parking is always plentiful and the bank is close to Cerritos mall and Target.

Staff were very rude… they even don’t have simple human manners… With this staff definitely bank losses there lots of clients… and Main Chase Bank have negative impression on market with these staff…

Treats clients horribly. Would not allow a walk in deposit of check even though Edgar described it has a process that takes very little time. He is arrogant, rude, and inflexible.
