Came in yesterday and Brandon made me very uncomfortable as the way he was speaking to me was like he wanted to laugh and kept giving me a weird smile I couldn’t tell if he liked me or though I was a complete idiot. He also made things very confusing as he has poor communication skills. He should definitely not be the first face to greet people when they Walk in.

Hector helped us switching our phone carrier to T mobile yesterday. He was friendly, respectful and helpful we felt lucky it was him who took care of us. It was a long process switching phone carrier and updating phones but because of him, the experience wasn't so bad. We are happy we walked in to this T-moble location at this busiest time of the year, we now look forward to seeing how well T-moble's wifi service would work at home!

Don't even waste your time!!!! They told me 30 min wait to receive the free Tuesday item instead of just handing it to me.. on top of that the store was empty told me that the people in line was walking the mall ummmmmm so that make so much sense

I was thinking about getting an Apple Watch for fitness tracking and monitoring but I don't really like waiting for things in the mail. Went to the store at the Cerritos Mall and was helped by Angela. She helped me out to understand the bill credits on the current special and helped me get a slightly larger watch face size for only a small amount more monthly, so I am only paying the line charge plus about $1.25 for the device after the bill credit. She also had me in and out of the store in under a half hour and walked me through the device setup and activation. I definitely recommend going to this location. Thanks for your help, Angela!

very bad customer service attitude, Mr. Marco, he did not solve my problem at all, I have been a client for more than 10 years, first time with this type of terrible attitude.

Not very organized, it smelled really bad. and didn’t seem like there was any order. The man who greeted us was nice but we ended up leaving. We couldn’t bare the smell. Hopefully they can have more order and be more efficient. Communication goes a long way.

A huge shout out to Mathew for his outstanding customer service! After spending over 4 hours with T-mobile's customer service line with no resolution, we finally decided to take a drive to this store and thankfully met Mathew upon arrival. After explaining the pairing problem with my son's new Apple Watch, Mathew quickly identified the cause, made a few tweaks to our account and had everything fixed in a matter of minutes! Hats off to Mathew for his exceptional service, even for a product that wasn't purchased there. It truly made our day!

If I could wait this place zero stars I would, absolutely the worst store to ever to in the United States !I would definitely like to get ahold of DM of this location of whoever is in the higher power definitely need better staff .

The worst! Just close this location or clear house of the employees. These guys were rude, not helpful and everything you can list about a bad experience. Go across the street to the location in the strip mall
