What is with this target!? Waiting 20 minutes for someone to come open the liquor cabinet and no one came. I did activate the sensor, but still, no one came. Called customer service, and they said someone would come, but they didn't. Ended up leaving. Waste of time. Stay away from this target.

Been waiting almost 8hours for my online drive up order! Ridiculous! No one answers the actual store and online chat says to call store. Im ill and only used for that reason. Target you suck

WARNING!!! There needs to be a class action lawsuit, nationwide about this issue. Target has been scamming customers every day out of MILLIONS of dollars! If you have done the drive up option to pick up your online order, CHECK your online receipt. They automatically charge you for 10 bags ($1.00). They are only supposed to charge you 10 cents for each bag you use. When you pick up your order, they are supposed to remove the bag fees to reflect the actual number of bags. We NEVER use their bags and bring our own trunk tote. I ALWAYS ask them to remove the bags, AND sometimes they tell me they've removed it (but it was never removed), and sometimes they tell me they don't charge for bags (but there is always a $1.00 fee !!!). Go check your purchase history in your Target app, it's now hidden under "Regional Fees" whereas previously it was just listed as "Bags Fee". This has been happening since prior to the pandemic! If I check my online receipt before leaving the store, I then have to walk to the Customer Service counter...soooo many times I've had to walk up to the counter! But I finally needed to tell everyone, and will start looking for a lawyer to take on this class action lawsuit! CAN YOU IMAGINE how many millions of dollars they have stolen from unsuspecting customers through these years ????!!!!! Bloomfield Target is my usual Target, and AGAIN, today my daughter picked up my order of 5 items, and was charged $1. This is ridiculous the amount of time it wastes to have to walk in, or follow-up. While it is only $1, the principle is that they are not training their staff, not fixing the problem, hanging up on you when you call, and basically telling us...too bad, it's our problem!

Customer service there is horrible I ordered a product and I was there early by 30min which I ordered my item 1hr 30min ago so I tried to pick up my item and I was told I had to wait exactly 2 hours by a representative so I told her that onthe web site in big bold green letters it states READY WITHIN 2HOURS. She said I still have to wait also there were not busy on there were 2 other employees on there personal cell phone texting instead of helping me. So I asked to speak to a store supervisor named April and she said I had to wait to hours also and I explained to her that instead of the employees helping me they were on there personal cell phone texting on Target time she began to arguing with me and defending the employees. So that was what I had to deal with today @ target. so instead of taking the time 3-5min and following target policy and procedures and helping out a customer. I also had to cancel my order and repurchase the product in store which took 25 min for the entire process.

I got a gift card for my birthday last month and today I went to use it for the first time. The cashier could not ready the numbers even though it was scratched but the sticker was not coming off right and it was hard to read. He suggested I go to customer serve and have them check it. The guy was very very rude when I told him what happened and I shows him the gift receipt he proceeded to say Ralph's does not sell Target gift card. I told him well that's where my friend purchased it from. He went to ask another associate and they said yes Ralph does sell them but my card has no balance and would have to call Target customer service or the customer service on the gift receipt. So I left and called Ralph's/ Kroger and they did yes the card is active and has a balance of $25 not used yet. So I called Target service and they say it's has no balance this makes no since. I think Target has to many issues with there gift card because this is no my first time having this issue with a Target gift card. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks and file a claim. Target should not be sell gift card at any grocery store if they are not going to Honor them.

Target on Bloomfield needs to get more checker lines open. the self serve line is always long. the store is nice but the wait sometimes can be a lil long.

Ample parking and checking out the register is much faster than the other retail stores

It's small. The practical little things you may need are thin on the ground, and you may miss the garden section (gone so they can sell groceries).
