Make sure u check your receipts/ I didn't of course until I noticed the total was higher than expected lol.... Obviously I took a look and 4 packages of valentines candy rung up as regular price. So I came back, luckily I hadn't even gotten in my car yet so it was easier:) Anyway there was no waiting at customer service desk and was helped right away. I haven't been to this target location.... Lots to see always good selection of cute items and well clean and organized.

Evrytime I go here shopping I was expecting this is convenience after gym or before gym when I have I need to get couple of items but its a big but always no shopping carts or if i find one ? Its hard to push? Whats going on? No one doing carts anymore? This target is messy too!! In Los Altos their store is very neat i can go shopping there but i am already in Cerritos, it changed right after pandemic Cerritos became the worse store.. Get it right & organiz

I bought a Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker from this Target on October 3 2023 it stopped working on January 6 2024. I tried to return it on January 10 2024 and Target refused to accept it because it was just past the 90 day window. I told Target that I've been trying to contact Hamilton Beach regarding the 1 year warranty but after multiple attempts they haven't responded. Targets response was sorry but your on your on your own. Lesson learned don't buy from this Target and don't buy Hamilton Beach products.

The drive up service here is terrible. I waited almost an hour for service and the workers were just looking at my car. Not only that, I seen them come to my car and I was trying to unlock my window and I see them turn around and go back inside. It was super unprofessional and an uncomfortable moment for me. Wish I had something better to say!

I was returning an item today. A woman by the name of Diana was helping me out at returns. I asked her how her day was going and she was on her phone the whole time ignoring my question so I asked again. How was your day going? and she finally answered good what do you need. While I was doing the return, she counts the cash and doesn't even hand to me She just throws it on the counter and the whole time she has a bad attitude I don't understand. What's why people act like this why they are at work. it was a easy transaction. I had the receipt I was within the return policy. I don't understand why she was looking at me like a criminal. I went to the front end and I spoke to the manager Joseph and he said that he will talk to her I would appreciate somebody from target called me in this matter.

Very unprofessional for managers "Emily" and "Tina" to withhold their name badges from me when I'm assessing the concern of them price-matching another retailer. Fun fact for consumers: Target has a price match list on their site if you search "target who do we pricematch with" on a browser. Thank you Emily for dismissing me as a liar when I initially told you that you guys do pricematch Costco.com. I even showed you proof, and it was not till then that you decided to investigate in your end. And when you did, you did show me the lower price fromYour end, but it was one of the two with the same number from Costco.com

I went to target Cerritos to pick up a gift at Christmas for my boys. The guys in electronics were very very helpful and considerate and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I live right across the street from the Lakewood Mall Target. I put off and consider not going there too much stuff happening in this world that keeps me from just shopping freely at stores connected to malls. So since the great land target store in Cerritos isn't attached to any mall, I think it's the safest place to go shop.

This target needs more cashiers. Especially in the weekends PM. Lines are so long. Wish the fitting rooms stayed open longer.

Honestly, I frequently go to Targets, but never once have I had a bad or good enough experience to write about it. This was by far the worst one, which is surprising considering I've been to more run-down Targets. I'm rating this for the customer service specifically, even though the shelves were all pretty bare too. We were in the area and decided to drop by to buy some jeans. The closest fitting room was unlocked but had a sign saying it was closed and to go to the "Main Fitting Room." We found another fitting room, same sign. Then the last one, which we assumed was the "Main Fitting Room," had a sign to say all fitting rooms were closed. Nothing about talking to a rep or when they would reopen. So we trekked back to the first fitting room, which was pretty much across the store. Couldn't find ANY staff along the way. My boyfriend decided to just go for the unlocked one and try on a pair of jeans. Of course, the moment he goes in, a staff finally appears. Her name is Jackie Marie and she berated us for entering into a fitting room without permission. Her tone was not nice, not professional. I couldn't get a word in with her lecturing us on why the sign was up, how she could lose her job if we stayed in there, how my boyfriend needs to come out immediately (even though I said he is coming and needs to put his pants back on), and how we needed to go to another fitting room like the sign said. I told her we went to ALL of the fitting rooms and they were all closed. I also said it was a bit ridiculous that they sell clothes, yet none of the fitting rooms were opened and we the customer had to go hunt down staff to open it. She replied, "Well, she probably went to lunch break. You should have come asked me to open it, but instead you went in without asking. I'm going to call security right now if you don't come out." I did not even see this woman anywhere until she came out from nowhere. How would I have known to ask her?Needless to say, Jackie Marie was extremely rude. She brought up security fairly quickly without listening to our story, and it made me feel like a criminal who was there to steal their stuff. When I saw her later, she was talking to another staff (suddenly they all appeared from nowhere) and they sounded confused as to why the fitting rooms were closed at all. So if the staff themselves don't understand why the fitting rooms were closed, how would the customers know at all?

Surprised, surprised...lack of customer service at target. At the self serve check out. What a waste of my time. The place looked like it has not been stalked for days, then they ran out of money/paper, we had to wait and the guy without a name tag looked/acted just like I felt lol

I've been trying to use a gift card I've been holding onto, but this target really has nothing worth buying.I've been coming here once every few weeks to see if there are new products that can spark my interest, but each time I come it appears they have less and less assortment outside of their groceries.Not sure if all targets lack excitement like this one, but it's quite frustrating that I can't get rid of this gift card of mine. LOL.Hoping I'll crave for some capri sun or jimmy deans soon so that I can finally be freed from this unused gift card situation.

I really like this Target. I always have a great experience here. One thing I wanted to warn others about is this ... I just purchased a Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino. Tastes delicious and the barista was very kind. She has great customer service and did everything correctly. When I came, she was cleaning the plexiglass and everything looked spotless. HOWEVER, when she came to take my order and then began to make my order, she did NOT wash her hands. Eww! I was speechless! I watched her make my drink very closely and luckily, she did not touch the ingredients directly, so my drink itself was safe. She did, however, touch everything else, though - - the bottles, the packages, the appliances, etc. This is a sure way to spread more germs. I would give this store 5 stars BUT I will only give 3. Management at Target needs to remind their Starbucks staff to always wash their hands. BTW, I did not bother getting her name. She was nice and I don't want to embarrass her. I would just like someone to remind everyone that handles food to always wash their hands!
