“Whenever I have any need for maintenance, I put in a request online (very convenient!), and everything gets solved right away. All the staff members, Kirsten, Jessica, Hannah, Chelsea, Talia, Annie, Manuel, Domonick, Brandon, & Arthur, are very nice and efficient. They take their time and explain what to do If the issue reoccurs. Thank you everyone!”

“Toscana Apartments has it’s own calm feel to it once you enter the property. Vanowen street can be a busy street but you can’t tell from inside the community. It’s clean, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend scheduling a tour to see!”

“Not yet a tenant BUT......omg, is this management doing something right. My mom has been helping me look for an apartment (it's insanely difficult in LA right now) and she spoke to a woman named Yoselin who was very helpful. I later called to schedule an appointment and got the same woman on the phone and realized why my mom instantly said "Go see this place!". Yoseline was so kind and I called her right before her lunch break and she still took time to help me and scheduled a last minute same day appointment. When I met her in person, I KNEW she was genuinely kind and cares about tenants and prospective tenants. This woman is a gem. She gave me a full tour in blistering heat, answered ALL of my questions (and I had lots), offered to walk all the way back to the office to grab keys for another unit that I was curious about seeing. I don't know if all of Concord Square leasing agents are like Yoseline but if so, then it puts this complex at the top of the list. The units I saw were studios, a bit on the smaller size but they have a nice layout and are very quiet. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and it seems like a nice community overall. But Yoseline stole the show and I had to take time out of my night, just to write this review because I was blown away by her character of excellence. Kudos to whoever hired her! And if she ever sees this....Thank you Yoseline!”

“Since Ana and Pas showed up... I've been here 10 years. My apartment has become a home. All the previous hell worthy things have been fixed. I'd now move in. If Ana didn't fix all this I'd tell you to run. This place was a nightmare before. Pas+Ana = move in.”
“Good customer service, good car, good location. Recommend. I returned my car later than expected and I was not charged an extra day. I did return the car with 60% more gas than when I picked it up so, that helped.”
“Xavier Castillo - walked my wife and I through his available units even though we did not set an appointment with him. He is very warm and welcoming and made the complex feel like home before we even moved in.He assisted us with our move in date and showed us to our parking spots. He is very upfront and lays all cards on the table.The management and maintenance staff are very respectful and responsive to any inquiries you may experience. My wife and I are very happy, and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Thank you Xavier, for making it such an easy process and decision to choose Versailles as our new home!!!”

“I moved into Motif Apartments in August,and I couldnt be happier.This apartment is just what my dog and me were looking for.The amenities at Motif are great.Off street parking ,2 pools ,an inside and outside gym,washer and dryer in every unit,with private balcony or patio.There is a fenced in dog park for my dog to run.I find the staff and residents to be very friendly.I can definately imagine Motif Apartments being my permanent home.”
“We stayed 2 nights and since kids were free we had them over to spend the night to give mom and dad a break. Good breakfast included. Good size room. Pool is small but adequate and a hot tub next to the pool.”
