Shop here weekly never a problem until the clown there working today talking on the phone through his bluetooth rushing me when I just walked up to pay and grabbed something I saw at the front before checking out along with other condescending things that were said. Just like the terrible customer service at seven eleven down the street. There are so many shops to go to for the same stuff. Maybe don't be rude to your regulars when I could just go down the street. I went there Sunday Sep. 24, 4 PM in regards to who was "working"

Would like to warn future customers. This evening I went in to purchase lotto tix. One of my slips was worn and the machine wouldnt take it so I paid for my tix on my other slips which totalled $6 and gave the cashier "Preet" a $50 dollar bill. Preet took the money and said "Thank You Good Luck". I stood there and he stood there staring back at me. I asked if he intended to give me my change. Only then did he go the register and gave me my change. I then went to the counter in the rear to fill out a new form and returned to the counter to pay for the tickets. The tix cost $10 and I gave Preet a $20 bill. Again he took the money closed the cash register and replied "Thank You good luck". I asked "are we going to play this game again?? Do you try to steal from all your customers??? He then went to the cash register to retrieve my change. I asked if he was the manager and he replied "no". I intend to go back tomorrow and speak to whoever the manager is. Its clear he does this to every customer. I cant believe he be so bold to attempt this scam back to back within minutes!!Be aware of the change due you...

Very disappointed to learn that the Circle K store in Chatsworth, California does not accept Calfresh EBT. As a member of the community, I believe it's essential for businesses to look out for the needs of low-income individuals and families. Unfortunately, this lack of accommodation is a disservice to those who rely on assistance programs. I hope Circle K reconsiders their policy and takes steps to support the community's diverse needs.

If I could, it would be a zero star!!! I will never go to this place of "so called business" again. The long blonde haired woman with a slight Russian accent (who would not give me her name or her managers name or the owners name for that matter, has no idea of what customer service means! I just went in to get 4 separate sheets for different friends for the 1.6 billion Dollar lotto draw for tonight. It took her forever to run the sheets thru... she seemed so confused. I finally got the tickets only to find out when I got home to pass out the tickets to my friends, that she ran the same exact sheet twice and one sheet not at all. I went back to fix this problem, Silly me, thinking they would rip up the duplicate and print the unrun sheet for me.. no such luck. She said she wouldn't tear up the duplicate and give me the sheet she mess up on. She said she planned on selling my numbers to someone else or keeping them herself!!! If I win I am not splitting my numbers with her !!! How many times does she do this to get free tickets??? I finally kept the duplicate ticket and bought the additional ticket across the street!!! Dishonest employees make a dishonest business!! All the others that were going to buy there also left the store and went across the street also! They should lose there ability to sell lotto!!!Please avoid this store at all costs... you will thank me!

NOT a 24 hour store. This location is closed from 2am to 4am even though they say they're open 24 hours. I leave my house for work at 3am every day and this location is always closed at this time with a peice of paper on the door stating they're closed for 2 hours.

I went in there and got a Polar pop I accidentally filled it up too much so halfway from the machine to the register it started dripping and the Lady working behind the register started yelling at me about how i made a mess and she's the only one there now she has to mop everywhere and so I grabbed a rag and I cleaned it up myself. And then I told her that I work at a restaurant where there's food there's also food here and drinks here. And I told her that I would never ever tell a customer what she just told me I would always say to the customer you know what ma'am it's no problem I got it don't worry about it. the customer service here sucks from this lady. I'm very disappointed I've been coming here since I was 13 years old and never have I had this problem until today.

This Circle K is a neighborhood jewel. I go there often and see many return customers. They recently remodeled and it looks so classy! I adore Alex and Cynthia, the cashiers, who are always willing to help out in anyway they can. Nav is excellent as a store manager, always greeting customers and making them feel welcome.

This place used to be the shiz I have lived here down the street my entire life and watched this place go in fazes with its different owners and workersetc it's always been great until now it's gotten weird example the em shift this is a 247 open establishment and is promoted as such except this newer guy who works the night shift has decided most of his shift to look the doors tonight it's 2-4 and honestly you'll be lucky to have him open it back at four unless u r ready to verbally battle with bro - is this how it's being operated now if so you should definitely advertise as so and please update your hours I've stood here waiting hours for the doors to open at this unsafe time of night alone because dudes inside as I type blasting music and talking loud enough I can hear outside the doors his phone conversation just big chillin yea that's all the way out.

This place is a flat out dump. Most Circle K locations are clean and well managed. This place was out of ice, food was out of date and the employee on duty just pointed to the total on the credit card terminal in lieu of having to utter a word. Beyond that it's filthy.
