One-stop shop I love this AAA branch the employees are all very nice and super helpful every time I go in I'm in and out. I highly recommend this branch for all your insurance and DMV needs if you're a member.

The Chico branch has been exceptional. But we did have many problems Ed Dath, and Angus Medows. We had to go to their boss to get some problems worked out.

This was my first experience in years with the tow service. My brother's car broke down in Redding on his way back to Sacramento over a holiday weekend. They insisted they return to Redding to personally show the tow driver the membership card. I went with my sister in-law to Redding. We requested a tow at 3:16pm n waited almost three hours for a tow that never arrived. We spoke with AAA dispatch n arranged for the garage to serve as a proxy for pickup the following day. We returned to Sacramento that night. Sometime during the evening the tow was cancelled. In the morning AAA tow requested my sister in-law return to Redding to meet the tow driver again n claimed they had no record of our prior conversation with their dispatch. The mechanic n a Redding tow service worked with AAA to get the car back to Sacramento without us having to return to Redding. I've had AAA for over 40 years n never experienced such poor customer service.
