When will they put a new staff there? I will only go back there when all the rude workers are gone. They are so unethical and not friendly at all. I do like maybe two people there but they are no longer there. The rude/not happy workers must have drove them away. I guess that store has a cult and only hires rude people. I can understand we all have our bad days but geez everyday????? Get over it and start being nice to your customers!!!!!!!!

If I can give them no starts I would !!! There’s a blond chick very rude she shouldn’t be in retail !!! She looked at me up and down and looked at me dumb when I asked her a question bad business!!!!

Breanna, Was very rude and sarcastic. I went into the store last month and bought some things, I showed them to my sister my sister said Wrong item return them, she slammed the money and receipt in the counter and told e to pick it up. I have complained many times that she plays on her phone she doesn’t greet people only certain people. But being rude and sarcastic and nasty to others doesn’t go well with me. She needs a class on how to be polite, helpful and start getting off her chair and phone and do her job. This will not be fixed until she is FIRED!!!!!! If I’m not rude or sarcastic to my older sister, I refuse to let anyone walking this earth disrespect her. I’m going to call the Headquarters for the 3rd time to report this girl. Maybe they can send SAMANTHA from Montclair she’s wonderful and has great PR. Signed, VP Morales?P.S The girl that works there her name is Breanna, and she makes going to Cosmo Prof a bad experience, that is why WE ARE NOT GOING TO THAT STORE UNTIL THEY GET SOMEONE LIKE SAMANTHA FROM MONTCLAIR TO WORK THERE ANYONE BUT HER.

I have been to allot of Cosmo Prof and they were very king, helpful and polite. But the one located in Chino Hills is the worst one and I mean Brianna is very RUDE, SARCASTIC, NASTY. If this is how to treat your customers then you need to shut down this store. I asked her one day when I went to help me find a product all she did was pointed go down and look in the shelf, really is that what you get paid for. So I told her I could find it as I was walking behind her she turned around and told me to stay 6 feet away from her. Dang as a veteran I am vaccinated i if she feels that was then she needs to find work elsewhere. She has never said Hi to me, yet she got mad because I told her I needed a refund because I bought the wrong item she got upset and told me next time Look at the right product and then slammed my receipt and money on the counter, I have never b een insulted as I was then. The only reason I didn't react was my sister who is older then I was in the store. Today once again she was very rude and sarcastic to my older sister. Enough is enough, why is it that that manage never called me about it, I left my number with Brianna. She most likely threw it away. I will call Cosmo Corporation tomorrow because I'm very tired of her being so rude to my sister. You got to go.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible customer service I needed help looking for a toner and the associate was very rude and not very helpful with searching with me for what I needed. Other customers were there and she was so nice to them but rude to me. I was nothing but nice to her and still she was being rude. I'm never coming back here.

Horrible customer service, I was asking one of the employees (Young Tall Curly colorful hair) questions & she laughed sarcastically at my question like I'm supposed to know . & im new to the industry so it was very rude and offensive. Another thing is I couldn't even use a picture of my license to sign up after being there for 30min now I have to go back & get it tomorrow. Very inconvenient

Rated it okay because they were put of stock on the young nail acrylic liquid I went on to purchase. I ended up with cnd liquid for more than 2x the cost. (19.98 for 12oz of Young Nail vs $60.00 foe 16 oz CND) I ended ip having to by cnd power to...The service was good & with Covid & just reopening, I understand being out of stock on some items...
