I am here to write a letter of commendation to Mia Wu in East West Bank, Chino Hills branch. I never write a letter of commendation before so this is my first time. I opened an account right before pandemic but I never used it. Recently I received a letter of unclaimed property so I decided to withdraw my deposit and closed my account. Mia Wu is very patient and excellent in what she does. she told me what to do step by step and explained to me and finally I had my money back and closed my account successfully with her help. I would recommend everyone who need help to Mia Wu. Thank you very much!

I'm Francisco, I own a small company. My customer made the check payable to my company and my personal name. Ms. Elena You at Chino hills branch helped me, I haven't seen in very long time a banker with such dedication to her job. My first time at this branch, she spent so much time looking for my records and my customer records, to able to cash my customer check. She was so concentrated doing her best that, Mr. Michael Wu came to assist her. Ms. You, was successful cashing my check ! 4 people were taking care of the Bank. The best team in a bank that I've seen. Visit this branch they have great CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Nice bank. you can deposit and withdraw money here. Pretty straightforward honestly. Oh, they also are open Saturdays and Sundays.

Very slow service, and very often you see 3-4 people inside walking around or just sitting in front of the computers with only one teller open and the line is out the door of the supermarket.
Very slow, very slow, many, many times I had to go in to just deposit checks, I had to wait there for their slow service, extremely slow for a check deposit. The culture of the entire branch is rotted to the core, if there is even a manager here, (I doubt that they do from the looks of it) but if there is one called the "manager" in this branch, this person should be FIRED, forever banned from banking service. The entire branch needs an entire new staff, all of them is rotted to the core.
